 What You'll Be Doing
 
 
 ✅ Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple vacancies throughout EMEA
 
 
 ✅ Developing innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines
 
 
 ✅ Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and advise on recruitment strategy
 
 
 ✅ Managing multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced environment
 
 
 ✅ Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to offer
 
 
 ✅ Using recruitment metrics and market insights to influence hiring decisions
 
 
 ✅ Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
 
 
 
 
 
 What We're Looking For
 
 
 ✔ Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment
 
 
 ✔ Experience recruiting within a high-volume or fast-paced environment
 
 
 ✔ Strong sourcing and talent mapping capability
 
 
 ✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
 
 
 ✔ Ability to prioritise multiple vacancies while maintaining quality
 
 
 ✔ Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience

 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 Month-End Close &amp; Reporting
 
 
 
 &bull; Assist with monthly close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and inventory support
 
 
 &bull; Prepare financial reporting packages and variance analysis for leadership review
 
 
 &bull; Support product costing analysis and manufacturing financial reporting
 
 
 &bull; Validate raw material and BOM data to support costing accuracy
 
 
 
 Operations &amp; Financial Partnership
 
 
 
 &bull; Partner with plant teams to deliver financial insights and operational analysis
 
 
 &bull; Analyze production performance, scrap, yields, and operational KPIs
 
 
 &bull; Support the development and refinement of KPI reporting
 
 
 &bull; Monitor operational compliance and escalate issues as needed
 
 
 &bull; Build strong working relationships with finance and plant leadership teams
 
 
 
 Planning, Budgeting &amp; Forecasting
 
 
 
 &bull; Support annual planning and forecasting cycles
 
 
 &bull; Track performance against budget and forecast expectations
 
 
 &bull; Assist with scenario analysis and performance reporting
 
 
 
 Projects &amp; Process Improvement
 
 
 
 &bull; Participate in ad hoc analysis and cross-functional initiatives
 
 
 &bull; Support process improvement efforts across finance and operations
 
 
 &bull; Continue developing knowledge of manufacturing finance and operational processes
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You Bring
 
 
 
 &bull; 3&ndash;5+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience
 
 
 &bull; Manufacturing industry exposure preferred
 
 
 &bull; Strong understanding of cost accounting and financial reporting
 
 
 &bull; ERP experience required; JDE preferred
 
 
 &bull; Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities
 
 
 &bull; Strong communication and relationship-building skills
 
 
 &bull; Ability to work effectively within operational environments
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Nice to Have
 
 
 
 &bull; CPA/CMA designation completed or underway
 
 
 &bull; MBA or related advanced education
 
 
 &bull; Experience supporting plant finance operations
 
 
 &bull; Exposure to manufacturing KPIs and operational analytics
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
 
 
 &bull; Knowledge of IFRS and/or GAAP standards
 
 
 &bull; Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
