As an Associate Systems Administrator at Motive, you will be responsible for administration, management and support of our Salesforce and integrated Enterprise Systems applications used by our customers and internal Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, Customer Support and Finance teams. You will have the opportunity to work with integrations as we expand our suite of applications.

What You'll Do:</h3>

 4+ years of professional experience in business facing, strategic cross functional project management, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives from discovery through execution.

 Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required

 Background in process improvement or operational excellence (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and comfortable designing and implementing new workflows

About the Role:

As a Project Manager III on the Operations &amp; Transformation team, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects that directly support our Customer Implementation and Professional Installation Services organizations. You will be responsible for turning strategy into execution across programs that span process, policy, data, and technology.

You will manage a portfolio of initiatives that improve how we scope, schedule, dispatch, and execute professional installations and customer implementations, while enhancing installer and customer experience, improving profitability, and enabling scale. This role is highly visible and requires frequent interaction with senior leaders across Operations, Product, Sales, Order Management, Customer Support, Finance, and IT.

We are looking for a seasoned, hands-on Senior Project Manager who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels: framing problems, defining success metrics, setting up governance and operating rhythms, and driving successful projects through to measurable results.

What You&rsquo;ll Do:

Program &amp; Project Leadership

<li>Own and lead a portfolio of mid- to large-scale, cross-functional projects supporting Customer Implementation and Professional Installation Services, from discovery, deployment and post-launch measurement.</li>
