The Workforce Analyst will analyze historical and real time data to understand trends to determine demand needed and schedule teams accordingly to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. Workforce Analyst will also identify gaps and opportunities within the department so as to provide improvement plan. Alongside the manger; the analyst will help manage forecasts and analyze various KPI trends so as to ensure targets are met. The analyst requires extreme attention to detail, communication and problem solving skills.

Workforce Analyst- FPA Access Center

The Department of Urology at Mount Sinai Health System is seeking an outstanding academic urologic oncologist to serve as Director of the Bladder Cancer Program and Director of the Robotic Cystectomy Program. The successful candidate will be recruited at the Associate Professor or Professor level depending on qualifications and academic accomplishments.

Mount Sinai is home to one of the leading bladder cancer programs in the United States and the #1 bladder cancer program in New York City, offering comprehensive, multidisciplinary care for patients with non&ndash;muscle invasive and muscle invasive bladder cancer. The program integrates advanced diagnostics, clinical trials, precision oncology, and minimally invasive surgical innovation, including a highly developed robotic cystectomy platform. 
The incoming Director will provide clinical, academic, and strategic leadership to further expand the program&rsquo;s regional, national, and international impact.

Urology - Physician - Director, Bladder Cancer and Robotic Cystectomy Program - Manhattan and Long Island, NY

Responsible for scheduling of DAS and Ambulatory OR surgery/procedures cases on a daily basis, for both adult and pediatric patients. S/he provides support to front office operations to ensure smooth flow of patient care, but not limited to registration, scheduling, pre/post follow-up patient calls. Contact insurance providers to obtain preauthorization for surgical procedures and diagnostic testing. Actively participate in process improvement initiative to ensure the coordination of care.

Responsible for the coordination of all OR surgeries and procedures.</li><li>
Monitors front office workflow and make adjustment to ensure optimum delivery of service.</li><li>

1. Plans, coordinates and schedules the activities of skilled trades staff in the maintenance and repair of Mount Sinai Medical Center buildings and equipment.

3. Provides direction to staff in the proper methods to use in the performance of their duties to ensure the safety of patients, staff and visitors.
