As a Residential Service Electrician, you are a key member of our team. Our customers look to your expertise to help solve their issues and build confidence that their home will be safe.

Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues &ndash; From basic fixture installations to complex panel replacements, your electrical expertise will shine.</li><li>
Sales responsibility &ndash; As the face of Mr. Electric, you'll have the opportunity to recommend solutions and upgrades to homeowners that ensure safety, efficiency, and long-term satisfaction. You&rsquo;ll present opportunities to sell new services, such as electrical panel upgrades, whole-house rewiring, or energy-saving solutions.</li><li>
Customer service excellence &ndash; Your ability to communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners is key to delivering the world-class customer service Mr. Electric is known for.</li><li>

Job Requirements 
The following are the minimum requirements for the Residential Service Electrician position:<ul><li>
3+ years of professional-level electrical experience &ndash; You should have a strong background in troubleshooting and repairs.</li><li>
Sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>
Ability to read and write English at a level required for successful job performance.</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and troubleshooting.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills for interacting with homeowners and presenting solutions.</li><li>
A commitment to delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring safety.</li></ul> 
Pay and Benefits
At Mr. Electric, your compensation reflects both your technical expertise and your sales performance.
