JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced education professional to lead curriculum implementation across all branches. You will play a key role in ensuring effective teaching and learning while supporting teachers to provide high-quality educational experiences for our students.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Lead the design, review, and enhancement of the curriculum in alignment with academic standards.</li><li>Support and mentor teachers in planning and delivering effective lessons.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate curriculum implementation to ensure consistency across all branches.</li><li>Analyze student progress and use data to guide instructional improvements.</li><li>Coordinate with academic teams and department heads to develop and refine curriculum plans.</li><li>Conduct regular academic follow-ups to ensure syllabus completion and achievement of learning goals.</li><li>Collaborate with school leadership to enhance academic quality and address gaps in execution.</li></ul>ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA<ul><li>B.Ed / M.Ed</li><li>8+ years of experience in academic leadership, curriculum coordination, or quality assurance</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills</li><li>Experience managing multi-branch school operations is an added advantage</li></ul>If you are passionate about education and leadership, please submit your CV and cover letter to hr@theorchidschools.com..Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
