We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Quality Inspector to join our team. This position will involve working outside in extreme weather conditions, exposure to loud noises and abnormal odors, confined space work, and working in areas with overhead activities.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Create, interpret, and understand Weld Map Isometric drawings using computer software programs</li>
<li>Enter welding and inspection information into the tracking tool</li>
<li>Assist with pressure testing plans and functions</li>
<li>Assemble project documentation packages</li>
<li>Perform and document inspections based on drawings, specifications, and procedures to determine compliance</li>
<li>Test welders and perform weld inspections under various codes</li>
<li>Follow Project Quality Assurance Plans</li>
<li>Follow Inspection and Test Plans (I&amp;TPs)</li>
<li>Assist Site Quality Manager with various daily activities as assigned</li>
<li>Maintain commitment to Mullins core values and safety policies</li></ul> 
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Knowledge and experience from working under a Quality Management Program</li>
<li>Minimum 4 years of professional experience working as Quality Inspector and/or Quality Technician</li>
<li>Must hold a current AWS CWI, ASNT VT II, and/or API 510/570 certifications</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of NDT methods (UT, MT, PT, RT)</li>
<li>Understanding of ASTM standards and materials</li>
<li>Efficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and construction project management software (Procore preferred)</li>
<li>Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively with co-workers</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>High level of organizational skills</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of reading and understanding drawings</li>
<li>Must be a quick learner and self-motivated with the drive to learn and grow</li>
<li>Ability to travel and relocate as needed</li>
<li>Experience working to customer specifications</li>
<li>Experience with the verification of mechanical equipment alignment</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of codes and standards (ASME, AWS, ACI, AISC, NACE)</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Must be willing and able to climb up and down stairs and ladders while working on scaffolds and in trenches to access work</li>
<li>Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and walking on uneven terrain for extended periods</li>

Position Summary:

 The Bilingual HR Coordinator at Mullins Mechanical and Welding (Mullins) is responsible for administrative and clerical work in relation to various Human Resources support operations including but not limited to new employee orientation training, benefits administration, payroll and benefit processing, employee services, reporting unemployment, and response to internal and external inquiries. The HR Coordinator reports to the HR Manager.

The Human Resources Department is important to the success of Mullins. Employees are the most important asset, and the HR Department will be responsible for ensuring the company provides a safe and productive workplace.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for onboarding newly hired employees to include employee handbook overview, employment documents, and benefit enrollment</li>
<li>Create and maintain complete and confidential files on each employee. Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations and classifications</li>
<li>Assist with company benefit administration to include enrollment forms, plan questions, claims resolution, and open enrollment</li>
<li>Establish and maintain department records and reports; recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency and services performed</li>
</ul><ul><li>Respond to various information requests from governmental agencies, such as unemployment, in a timely manner</li>
<li>Record and maintain data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, supervisory reports on performance, processing weekly payroll changes, processing employee garnishments and other deductions or fringes, change of statuses and dates of and reasons for terminations</li>
</ul><ul><li>Answer questions regarding eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information</li>

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Qualifications

<li>10+ years of previous work experience in the Industrial Construction industry, with experience managing projects $75MM+ in value</li>
<li>Certification such as SPMP, PMP, CCM, or equivalent is a plus</li>
<li>OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training</li>
<li>Extensive experience managing construction project budgets</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment</li>
<li>Highly organized with proven leadership skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite</li>
<li>Familiarity with construction safety and quality standards</li>
<li>Understanding of construction management processes</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate and plan effectively</li>
<li>Experience with construction and project management software (i.e. Procore)</li>
<li>Budgeting, scheduling, negotiation, and cost control abilities</li>
<li>Strong familiarity with contract and subcontract documents</li>
