<div>Bilingual HR Coordinator Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Position Summary:

 The Bilingual HR Coordinator at Mullins Mechanical and Welding (Mullins) is responsible for administrative and clerical work in relation to various Human Resources support operations including but not limited to new employee orientation training, benefits administration, payroll and benefit processing, employee services, reporting unemployment, and response to internal and external inquiries. The HR Coordinator reports to the HR Manager.

The Human Resources Department is important to the success of Mullins. Employees are the most important asset, and the HR Department will be responsible for ensuring the company provides a safe and productive workplace.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for onboarding newly hired employees to include employee handbook overview, employment documents, and benefit enrollment</li>
<li>Create and maintain complete and confidential files on each employee. Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations and classifications</li>
<li>Assist with company benefit administration to include enrollment forms, plan questions, claims resolution, and open enrollment</li>
<li>Establish and maintain department records and reports; recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency and services performed</li>
</ul><ul><li>Respond to various information requests from governmental agencies, such as unemployment, in a timely manner</li>
<li>Record and maintain data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, supervisory reports on performance, processing weekly payroll changes, processing employee garnishments and other deductions or fringes, change of statuses and dates of and reasons for terminations</li>
</ul><ul><li>Answer questions regarding eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul> 


Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
<ul>
<li>Previous Human Resources or Office Management experience preferred</li>
<li>Bilingual Spanish and English</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with little supervision required</li>
<li>Ability to remain calm while working under pressure in a busy environment</li>
<li>Ability to work within timeframe of standard policies and procedures</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of HR principles and federal/local regulations</li>
<li>Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point is essential</li>

Your responsibilities will include leading mega projects while mentoring and advising Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers, overseeing high-profile and complex projects, and developing strong client relationships. Your role will encompass various aspects from project setup to closeout, and you will play a critical role in project forecasting, change management, and project schedule management. The work location for this position will be based on assignment to a project location.

Responsibilities
<ul><li>Mentor and guide Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers</li>
<li>Oversee high-profile and complex projects with minimal executive oversight</li>
<li>Collaborate with team leaders to allocate necessary resources to meet project schedules</li>
<li>Attend project hand-off meetings to gather crucial project information</li>
<li>Review and approve construction projects and Schedule of Values for owner billing</li>
<li>Actively manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability</li>
<li>Approve high-value subcontracts and purchase orders, including negotiations</li>
<li>Review and approve monthly project billing and invoices</li>
<li>Oversee pricing, negotiations, and authorization of project scope changes</li>
<li>Review and approve Notices of Delay to document external schedule impacts</li>
<li>Participate in hiring and recruiting project management and field personnel</li>
<li>Conduct annual employee reviews for direct reports</li>
<li>Ensure project safety, quality, and productivity</li>
<li>Maintain job site cleanliness and update project tracking forms</li></ul> 


Qualifications
<ul>
<li>10+ years of previous work experience in the Industrial Construction industry, with experience managing projects $75MM+ in value</li>
<li>Certification such as SPMP, PMP, CCM, or equivalent is a plus</li>
<li>OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training</li>
<li>Extensive experience managing construction project budgets</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment</li>
<li>Highly organized with proven leadership skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite</li>
<li>Familiarity with construction safety and quality standards</li>
<li>Understanding of construction management processes</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate and plan effectively</li>
<li>Experience with construction and project management software (i.e. Procore)</li>
<li>Budgeting, scheduling, negotiation, and cost control abilities</li>
<li>Strong familiarity with contract and subcontract documents</li>
<li>Conflict resolution and management experience</li>
<li>Excellent time management and multitasking skills</li>
<li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities</li>
