Job Title: Managing Director &ndash; Immigration AgencyLocation: Doha, Qatar Employment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Managing Director to lead and grow a well-established immigration agency in Doha. The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on expertise in work permit programs and permanent residence (PR) programs, along with proven leadership experience within the immigration or related professional services industry.This role requires a strategic leader who can drive business growth, ensure regulatory compliance, manage high-performing teams, and deliver successful outcomes for clients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the overall operations, strategy, and performance of the immigration agency</li><li>Oversee and actively manage work permit, residency, and PR programs across multiple jurisdictions</li><li>Ensure full compliance with Qatar regulations and international immigration laws</li><li>Develop and implement result-oriented business strategies to increase revenue and market presence</li><li>Manage senior consultants, case officers, and support teams to ensure operational excellence</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, partners, and key stakeholders</li><li>Monitor KPIs, case success rates, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and high-level negotiations</li><li>Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and service quality across all departments</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 8&ndash;12 years of experience in the immigration industry or related professional services</li><li>Proven hands-on experience with work permit programs, residency visas, and PR pathways</li><li>Prior experience in a senior leadership or managing role is mandatory</li><li>Strong understanding of immigration processes, documentation, compliance, and risk management</li><li>Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results and grow an immigration business</li><li>Excellent leadership, people management, and decision-making skills</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities</li><li>Experience working in Qatar or the GCC region is highly preferred</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strategic leadership &amp; business development</li><li>Operational excellence &amp; compliance management</li><li>Team leadership &amp; performance management</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Client-centric and results-oriented mindset</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package (based on experience)</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Leadership autonomy and growth opportunities</li><li>Professional and dynamic working environment in Doha</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates with relevant immigration industry and leadership experience are encouraged to apply with an updated CV highlighting results achieved, programs managed, and leadership roles held.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR25,000.00 per month
