Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>
Identify and target potential clients, including brands, agencies, SMEs, and government entities across the GCC market.
</li><li>Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline and follow-up process.
</li><li>Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
</li><li>Meet clients to understand their needs and propose tailored creative or production solutions.
</li><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
</li><li>Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
</li></ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Film, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of video editing experience in industries such as production houses, influencer marketing agencies, media or advertising agencies, or creative studios.
</li><li>Strong professional network within the GCC market, especially in KSA and Kuwait.
</li><li>Experience with Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve (a plus).
</li><li>Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, with basic knowledge of After Effects.
</li><li>Experience creating social media videos for platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok, and Instagram.
</li><li>Strong storytelling and editing skills, including cuts, pacing, color correction, audio, and subtitles.
</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
</li><li>Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.</li>

</li></ul></div><ul><li>Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion .</li>
<li>Conduct market research to identify emerging trends , customer needs and competitive landscape.
</li></ul><ul><li>Manage Client accounts , ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
</li><li>Oversee performance marketing campaigns ( PPC ,Social Media Ads ..) and optimize for ROI.

</li><li>Ability to analyze campaign data and make data driven decisions.
</li><li>Excellent communication , negotiation and presenting skills .
</li><li>Competency in Excel , reporting tools &amp; CRM Systems.
</li><li>Proven Experience in Business Development Within a marketing agency.</li>
<li>Strong track record as an account manager handling multiple clients .</li>
<li>Experience managing performance marketing campaigns with measurable results.
</li><li>Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients &amp; growing existing accounts
</li><li>Skilled in CRM systems ,reporting tools and excel for managing clients and tracking performance.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPI's ) such as ROI , CIR , CPA and how to leverage them for campaign success.
