<div>Nasoft is hiring a Technical office junior Engineer For one of our client , that specialized in Interior Designs . 
 
Job Responsibilities :<ul>
<li>
Assist in the preparation of shop drawings and material submittals in compliance with project specifications.</li>
<li>Support the preparation, submission, and tracking of Requests for Information (RFIs).</li>
<li>Review Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings under the guidance of senior engineers.</li>
<li>Coordinate with site engineers and technical teams to resolve design and construction-related clarifications.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing method statements, technical reports, and related documentation.</li>
<li>Maintain document control systems, including submission logs and revision tracking.</li>
<li>Follow up with consultants on submittal approvals, comments, and revisions.</li>
<li>Support QA/QC documentation, inspections, and compliance with project quality standards.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation and updating of as-built drawings.</li>
<li>Support the compilation of project handover documentation at project completion.</li>
</ul>
Requirements<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture Engineering.</li>
<li>0&ndash;2 years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer (fresh graduates are welcome).</li>
<li>Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building methods.</li>
<li>Familiarity with shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
</li><li>Basic proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and drawing review.</li>
<li>Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word).</li>
<li>Basic understanding of IFC drawings and shop drawing coordination.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of QA/QC procedures and site inspection processes.</li>
<li>Knowledge of common construction materials and architectural methods.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain document control and submission tracking.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and follow technical instructions under supervision.</li>
<li>Strong coordination and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team.</li>
<li>Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken.</li>

<div>Nasoft is hiring for an Interior Design &amp; Fit-Out company seeking an experienced Site Engineer Manager to oversee on-site execution, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with all stakeholders to deliver high-end interior projects efficiently.
Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works.
</li><li>Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
</li><li>Coordinate with design, MEP, consultants, and subcontractors.
</li><li>Act as the main on-site point of contact with clients and consultants.
</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor quality of finishes, mock-ups, and materials.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with approved samples and project standards.
</li><li>Track site progress against schedules and milestones.
</li><li>Prepare regular progress reports.
</li><li>Enforce HSE regulations on-site.
</li><li>Ensure safe working conditions at all times.
</li><li>Supervise subcontractors and site labor.
</li><li>Evaluate subcontractor performance and productivity.
</li><li>Verify quantities and completed works.
</li><li>Maintain accurate site documentation and records.</li>
</ul>
Requirements<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Architecture.
</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in site supervision (interior fit-out projects).
</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic project management/site reporting tools.</li>
<li>Strong experience in fit-out execution and reading shop drawings &amp; specifications.
</li><li>Ability to coordinate with MEP, design teams, and consultants.
</li><li>Experience in site supervision and subcontractor management.
</li><li>Knowledge of quality control for finishes and mock-ups.
</li><li>Familiarity with material approvals, samples tracking, and work sequencing.
</li><li>Experience in snagging, de-snagging, and handover.
</li><li>Understanding of Health, Safety &amp; Environmental (HSE) compliance on site.</li>
</ul>
