Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Conducting the initial meeting with the customer to understand the store dimensions, set goals, and agree on budgets.</li><li>
Create a customer account on the Notion platform.</li><li>
Creating WhatsApp Groups and adding the client to follow up work on it.</li><li>
Responsible for achieving the project's results and fully supervising all the processes that lead to this.</li><li>
Add all preliminary data to the customer on Notion and follow up on the addition of data and reports periodically.</li><li>
Ensure that all access permits are taken to the customer's advertising and social media accounts.</li><li>
Writing the plan and work agreed upon with the client and adding them to the Notion platform and sharing it with the client.</li><li>
Periodically develop tasks, distribute them to the work members and follow up on their implementation in a timely manner.</li><li>
Work to achieve the digital goals agreed upon with the client.</li><li>
Sending periodically weekly reports of the work done on the customer's store on WhatsApp Group</li><li>
Sending monthly reports as a document showing all the tasks and achievements during the month</li><li>
Creating &amp; Sending the invoices to the customer and following up on payment</li><li>
Conducting periodically meeting with the client and responding to his questions</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree.</li><li>
Experience 2:4 Years as An Account Manager/Executive.</li><li>
Digital Marketing Agencies Experience is a Must.</li><li>
Experience in using Account Management CRM Software (Notion, HubSpot, etc...).</li><li>
KSA Clients Experience is Preferred.</li><li>
Excellent Handling, Problem Solving, Account Management Skills.</li><li>
English language intermediate, as a minimum required.</li><li>
Able to work/learn in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Able to work in teams.</li></ul>

Performance Account Manager

<div>Nasoft is hiring for our client specialized on Telecommunication serving the Gulf Market, The Call Center Supervisor oversees daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring high-quality support, efficient handling of inquiries, and achievement of performance targets. This role involves coaching agents, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
</li><li>Supervise and support a team of call center agents.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Monitor call metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT, etc.) and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.</li>
<li>Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.</li>
<li>Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints professionally.</li>
<li>Schedule shifts and manage workforce planning to ensure coverage.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.</li>
<li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on team performance.</li>
<li>Train new hires and ensure ongoing development of team members.</li>
<li>Implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.</li>
</ul>
Requirements<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).</li>
<li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.</li>
<li>Must be available to work from home during night shifts</li>
<li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.</li>
