Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Responsibilities :-
<ul><li>Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed</li><li>
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them</li><li>
Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
</li><li>Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts</li><li>
Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members

This role focuses on supporting digital marketing initiatives, optimizing performance, and driving user acquisition and engagement through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will contribute to the execution and enhancement of digital growth campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and X.
</li><li>Manage paid ads performance, budget allocation, targeting, and reporting.
</li><li>Execute email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns for lead nurturing and re-engagement.
</li><li>Develop and manage social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
</li><li>Own website performance, landing pages, and continuously optimize for lead generation (CRO).
