Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.</li><li>
Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.</li><li>
Act as the first point of contact for technical support and resolve end-user issues efficiently.</li><li>
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.</li><li>
Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.</li><li>
Implement and enforce IT security measures (firewalls, antivirus, data protection protocols).</li><li>
Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure system integrity and business continuity.</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.</li><li>
Track and manage IT assets, including hardware inventory, software licenses, and lifecycle management.</li><li>
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for procurement and technical support.</li><li>
Oversee and coordinate repair workflows, ensuring proper validation and documentation of all maintenance activities.</li><li>
Verify system performance and stability after maintenance and upgrades.</li><li>
Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and security best practices.</li><li>
Perform hardware maintenance and upgrades (RAM, storage, batteries, and internal components).

Requirements 
<ul><li><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field.</li><li>
Proficiency in operating systems: Windows, Linux, and macOS.</li><li>
Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).</li><li>
Hands-on experience with networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).</li><li>
Experience with security solutions (pfSense, MikroTik, FortiGate, antivirus software, data encryption).</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks.</li><li>
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.</li><li>
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.</li><li>
Strong documentation and organizational skills.</li><li>
Good communication and teamwork abilities.</li></ul></li></ul>

Experience supporting marketing or SEO teams.</li><li>

This role is crucial in shaping and developing the visual identity of the brand, producing high-quality designs, and ensuring consistent branding across all channels. The ideal candidate will create impactful visuals that support marketing and communication objectives.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, website, and landing pages.
</li><li>Ensure visual consistency across all communication materials according to brand guidelines.
</li><li>Create marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and sales kits.
</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to support campaign needs.
</li><li>Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual storytelling solutions.
</li><li>Coordinate with external printing vendors or freelancers when needed.
</li><li>Optimize visual assets for user engagement, clarity, and brand identity.
</li><li>Support UI/UX tasks (basic wireframes, layout improvements) when required.

</li><li>Experience in GCC markets is highly preferred.
</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) + Canva + Figma.
</li><li>Strong creative portfolio (mandatory).
</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
</li><li>Strong eye for detail, layout, typography, and color theory.
</li><li>Understanding of UX/UI is a plus.</li></ul>
Working Conditions<ul><li>Total working hours: 9 hours daily (8 working hours + 1-hour break).
</li><li>Work mode: Hybrid (3 office days &ndash; 2 remote days).
</li><li>Location: Sheikh Zayed.
