<div>Nasoft is hiring a Creative Specialist for one of our clients, a creative advertising company, to join an Egypt-based team supporting a Kuwait-based media production company. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>
Take ownership of the creative direction for video and photo shoots.</li>
<li>Analyze assigned e-commerce stores and projects from a creative perspective and develop suitable mood boards for shoots.</li>
<li>Coordinate and communicate closely with the Production Manager in Kuwait regarding shoot planning, timelines, and deliverables.</li>
<li>Review received photos and videos, providing constructive creative feedback (what works / what needs improvement).</li>
<li>Follow up with retouching and editing teams to ensure quality and consistency.</li>
<li>Ensure final approved visuals are delivered to the Account Manager on time and according to the brief.</li>
</ul>
Requirements<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Media, Mass Communication.</li>
<li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in media production, creative coordination, or a similar role.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of photography and videography tools, including angles, lighting, and composition.</li>

<li>Working knowledge of editing and post-production tools to effectively collaborate with editors.</li>
<li>Experience supervising creative output and maintaining visual standards.</li>
<li>Knowledge of AI tools used in creative or production workflows is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with remote teams.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a strong creative eye and decision-making ability.</li>
<li>Experience working with e-commerce brands or commercial shoots.</li>
Previous collaboration with regional or international production teams.

<div>Nasoft is hiring a Business Development Executive For one of our client in Riyadh, that specialized in Digital Marketing . 
 
- Responsibilities :-
 
1. Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the products and services
 
2. Setting up meetings with the prospective clients
 
3. Presenting products and services demonstrations to the client
 
4. Establishing new business links 
5. Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and meet-ups for business development
 
6. Sales reporting and reviewing performance
 
7. Negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization both
 
8. Working towards achieving the sales target 9. Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and needs
 
9. Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels 
10. Collaborate within teams to achieve better results 
11. Take feedback from customers and share it with work teams
 
12. Maintaining long-term relationships with clients through effective after-sales support
 
13. Sourcing new sales opportunities through emailing and social media
 
14. Develop a detailed understanding of the features and benefits of the product/ service
 
15. Guiding customers for suitable product/ service package selection based on their requirements and use case
 
16. Creating and managing a sales pipeline as a reflection of the sales prospects and process
 
17. Follow up on sales inquiries coming in through website, emails, ad campaigns, and inbound calls.
Requirements<ul>

3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales Previous experience in a marketing or advertising agency is a must</li>
<li>Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
