<div>Nasoft is currently seeking a Telesales Representative with strong English language skills (B2 level) to join our client's team. This role is vital in driving sales and fostering relationships with our customers through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and drive sales.</li>
<li>Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers to promote new products and services.</li>
<li>Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions within the CRM.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales effectiveness.</li>

Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role.</li>

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the company&rsquo;s e-commerce strategy on TikTok. You will manage influencer relationships, develop creative campaigns to boost sales and engagement, and collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to enhance brand visibility and grow the customer base.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities</h3><ul>
<li>Manage and optimize the TikTok store experience, driving product discovery and sales conversions.</li>
