We are seeking an Palliative Care Nurse who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors! 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
 Conducts physical exams and comprehensive medical and social history of individuals, including those who are healthy and those with acute illnesses and chronic disease. Makes independent decisions regarding management and treatment of medical problems identified 
 Orders, performs, and interprets laboratory tests for screening and for diagnosing. 
 Prescribes and orders appropriate diet, medications and other forms of treatment such as physical therapy. 
 Performs therapeutic or corrective measures, including urgent care. 
 Refers individuals to appropriate specialist nurses or physicians or other health care providers. 
 Provides information, instruction, and counseling on health maintenance, health promotion, social problems, illness prevention, illness management and medication use. 
 Evaluates the effectiveness of instruction and counseling and provides additional instruction and counseling as necessary. Initiates and maintains follow-up of noncompliant patients. 
 Serves as preceptor for medical, nursing, NP, or physician assistant (PA) students. 
 Consults with other health care providers about established clients who have been admitted to hospital, home car, rehabilitation, or nursing homes. 
 Corresponds with insurers, employers, government agencies, and other health care providers about established clients as necessary. 
 Manages care of clients; develops plan of treatment and/or follow-up and monitors progress, determines when referral to another provider is necessary, makes necessary arrangements for further care, determines when hospital admission or emergency room visit is necessary, and determines when illness is resolved. 
 Assesses social/economic factors for each client, and tailors care to those factors. 
 Maintains familiarity with community resources and connects clients with appropriate resources. 
 Contracts with clients regarding provider responsibilities and client responsibilities. 
 Maintains an acceptable level of productivity to meet the facility goals.<ul><li>

Work Type: Part-time, 25 hours a week
Gates Junction located in Columbus, OH is a senior apartment community with a team of property management professionals that are unmatched in the area!
We are seeking Maintenance Technicians who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!
On-Call Requirement: 
This position requires availability for on-call duties 24/7, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to respond to maintenance emergencies as needed. - $60/month mobile phone allowance
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.</li><li>
Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in a timely manner.</li><li>
Maintain interior and exterior common areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness.</li><li>
Complete minor carpentry, painting, appliance, and general repairs.</li><li>
Supervise and mentor junior maintenance staff, when applicable.</li><li>
Manage inventory and submit maintenance records and reports.</li><li>
Comply with all safety regulations and building codes.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred</li><li>
1-2 years of residential or apartment maintenance experience required</li><li>
Skilled in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs</li><li>
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills</li><li>
Relevant certifications (HVAC, OSHA, etc.) a plus</li><li>
Valid driver's license required</li></ul>
