Responsibilities As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your main duties will include:  <ul><li>Providing comprehensive administrative support to our team and management.</li><li>Managing schedules, organising meetings, and coordinating appointments.</li><li>Handling incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>Maintaining and organising physical and digital files, ensuring information is accurate and easily accessible.</li><li>Preparing reports, presentations, and other important documents.</li><li>Assisting with the coordination of company events and community outreach activities.</li><li>Monitoring office supply levels and placing orders when necessary.</li><li>Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul>Qualifications The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. Key qualifications include:  <ul><li>Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar office support role.</li><li>Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>The ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.</li><li>A positive attitude and a commitment to supporting the mission of NCC Life.</li><li>Experience working within a non-profit or community-based organisation is desirable but not essential.</li></ul>
