This role combines office work with hands-on interaction with children and teenagers, making it perfect for anyone interested in education, youth programs, administration, or event coordination.What You'll Do✅ Assist Academy Managers with daily operations, attendance tracking, and schedule coordination.✅ Support and supervise children and teens during classes, activities, breaks, and transitions.✅ Welcome parents during drop-off and pick-up while helping answer routine inquiries.✅ Perform administrative tasks including data entry, file organization, and handling phone calls and emails.✅ Help maintain a safe and organized camp environment and assist with basic incident reporting when needed.Who We're Looking For✔ Current university students or recent graduates from any field.✔ Energetic, responsible, and passionate about working with children and teenagers.✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.✔ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.✔ Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.✔ Previous experience in tutoring, coaching, babysitting, camp counseling, or youth activities is a plus&mdash;but not required!What You'll GainDirect mentorship from experienced Academy Managers.Practical experience in administration, operations, and youth program coordination.Valuable leadership and organizational skills.Networking opportunities and potential future employment opportunities within Berlitz.A fun, engaging, and meaningful summer experience!Apply Now!If you're ready to spend your summer making a difference, developing professional skills, and being part of an amazing team, we'd love to hear from you!Join Berlitz Madinaty this summer and help create unforgettable experiences for our young.Pay: E&pound;5.55 - E&pound;5.60 per hourWork Location: In person
