Job OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to inspire young minds and foster a nurturing learning environment for children in their early developmental stages. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is experienced in early childhood education, skilled in classroom management, and committed to child welfare and safety.Duties<ul><li>Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence among young children.</li><li>Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring smooth transitions between lessons, free play, and rest periods while maintaining high standards of behavior management.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share progress updates, address concerns, and collaborate on supporting each child's individual needs.</li><li>Incorporate child development instruction techniques that support physical education, social skills, and emotional regulation.</li><li>Adhere to mandated reporting laws and maintain detailed documentation of child progress and incidents as required by licensing standards.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to plan special events or themed activities that enhance learning experiences and promote community engagement.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in a classroom setting, preferably with toddlers or preschool-aged children preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles, including early childhood education best practices.</li><li>Familiarity with special education needs and early intervention programs to support diverse learners is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication skills for effective parent communication and team collaboration.</li></ul>Join us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children through engaging teaching practices, compassionate care, and dedicated teamwork!Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
