The System Administrator I serves as the frontline technical support resource for New Season's IT Infrastructure team. This position provides hardware and software support, responds to service requests, troubleshoots technical issues, supports end users across corporate and clinic locations, and assists with maintaining reliable technology operations throughout the organization. The System Administrator I serves as the initial point of contact for infrastructure-related incidents and escalates issues requiring advanced technical expertise when appropriate.</div><div><div> 
Essential Functions:</div></div><div><div> 
<ul><li>
Respond to, prioritize, and resolve IT support requests in accordance with established service standards while maintaining accurate documentation within the organization's ticketing system.</li><li>
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, peripheral, mobile device, and connectivity issues using established troubleshooting methodologies.</li><li>
Install, configure, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, tablets, mobile devices, and other end-user technology.</li><li>
Perform initial troubleshooting of network connectivity, wireless, VPN, firewall, and infrastructure-related issues and escalate advanced network problems to Network Engineering as appropriate.</li><li>
Support user account access, authentication, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, shared drives, and other enterprise applications.</li><li>
Serve as the first responder for technology outages during operational hours by documenting issues, communicating status updates, and coordinating with appropriate technical teams to restore service.</li><li>
Maintain accurate inventory records for computer equipment, peripherals, and related technology assets while assisting with equipment procurement, deployment, replacement, and lifecycle management.</li><li>
Prepare, configure, deploy, and replace technology equipment for corporate offices, treatment centers, and remote employees.</li><li>
Assist with hardware installations, office relocations, technology refresh projects, and new clinic openings.</li><li>
Collaborate with Information Technology staff and business departments to deliver timely and effective technical support while providing exceptional customer service.</li><li>
Maintain appropriate confidentiality of company information and comply with all organizational security policies and procedures.</li><li>
Communicate with end users, requestors, and other to provide timely status updates, gather additional troubleshooting information, and confirm issue resolution.</li><li>

Essential Functions:<ul><li> 
Supply and administer medication pursuant to physician order and record dosage administered in the medical record.</li><li> 
Conduct an actual sight and count inventory of the medication supply daily.</li><li> 
Maintain absolute accuracy in daily accounting of medication that is supplied or administered in inventory.</li><li> 
Collect fees and perform daily cash reconciliation in the absence of a cashier position.</li><li> 
Ensure disposal of medical waste through the proper protocol.</li><li> 
Observe the patient's demeanor prior to dosing.</li><li> 
Contact other centers to verify dosages as needed.</li><li> 
Administer appropriate lab tests as required including patient vital signs, TB tests when required, and collects data for review by the Medical Director or RN.</li><li> 
Schedule and screen patients to be seen by the Medical Director.</li><li> 
Assist the Medical Director in collecting data for the history and physical as required.</li><li> 
Maintain absolute control, tracking, and confidentiality of all patient medical paperwork.</li><li> 
Actively participate in CARF preparation and state audit process.</li><li> 
Interface with the public and patients by answering phones, greeting visitors, and monitoring patient activities while on center premises.</li></ul>

Essential Qualifications:

For over 30 years, New Season Treatment Centers have been a leading national health care service provider of outpatient treatment centers that specialize in providing safe, quality and best in class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder (&quot;OUD&quot;).
Operating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our team members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management of individuals living with OUD. We treat the whole person and, in so doing, address the underlying causes of OUD in an effort to provide a continuum of care that not only addresses treatment needs but supports the patient on their journey to recovery.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for performing clerical and administrative services in greeting, registering, and admitting patients, in a healthcare facility. Also, responsible for identifying the best methods to schedule patient appointments accordingly. 
Essential Functions:
Complete the pre-registration process for all new clients and schedule appointments accordingly, including orientation of new patients, monitoring all patient activities on center premises, and providing customer service as a point of contact for patient inquiries, as applicable. Collects co-payments and patient financial responsibility at the time of service. Ensures that all necessary demographics, billing, and clinical information obtained has been entered in the registration system with timeliness and accuracy. Maintain strong communication with Program Director, physicians, and other nursing staff regarding intakes. Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorization as necessary. Complete Administrative tasks including answering phones, check and deliver mail, maintain supply inventory, anticipate supply needs, order supplies, and verify receipt of supplies, as applicable. Maintains confidentiality and safeguards the operations of the business. Keep lines of communication open with the Clinic Operations Team to ensure individualized goals are met. Adheres to the service policy and principle of CMG/New Seasons. Other duties assigned.
