<div>Overview: The <b>Warehouse Operations Clerk</b> is responsible for ensuring that all shipping related documents are completed accurately and in a timely fashion. This position reports to Operations Supervisor or Manager. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules for outbound shipments and equipment needs.
</li><li>Communicates through various media with site personnel, essential information to ensure operations are meeting requirements</li>
<li>Receive all drivers and provide direction for outbound shipments.</li>
<li>Using a warehouse management system, systemically open/close shipments and prepare accurate bills of lading for outbound freight.
</li><li>Ensure that drivers depart with appropriate paperwork.</li>
<li>Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents by strict adherence to standard operating procedures.</li>
<li>Gather, enter into the warehouse management system, and maintain all data and records relative to shipping activities.</li>
<li>Assist in resolving any discrepancies.</li>
<li>Assists in Material Handling duties such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, or loading.
</li><li>Actively monitors trailer capacity and proactively works with spotters on trailer moves.</li>
<li>Assists with other administrative duties as needed by the leadership team.</li>
<li>Files all outbound paperwork so that it is easily accessible when needed.
</li><li>Maintains seal log accurately with necessary information.</li>
<li>Maintains the load board with accurate information.
</li><li>May require they communicate work assignments such as appointments to receive, doors to load, items to pick, etc.

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.</li>
<li>Experience with (Manhattan) Warehouse Management System preferred</li>
<li>Computer applications using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint).</li>
<li>Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.</li>
<li>Good visual acuity to inspect shipments.</li>
<li>Good finger dexterity to input data into inventory records.</li>
<li>Ability to input data on the computer to create a daily inventory report.</li>
<li>Accuracy in recordkeeping and in sorting, checking, counting, and verifying items received.</li>
<li>Strong time management, organizational, planning and self-motivation skills.</li>
<li>Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred, not required.</li>
<li>MHE experience or desire to learn MHE.
</li><li>Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations</li>
<li>Requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment</li>
<li>Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed by the customer.</li>
<li>Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.</li>
<li>Lift and move totes up to 50-100 pounds.</li>
<li>Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head.</li>
<li>Walking in the facility and around the area with great frequency, facilities are over a quarter mile in length.</li>
<li>Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Warehouse Operations Clerk

<div>Overview: The <b>HRIS Analyst</b> partners with the human resources directors and their customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. This position also serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Projects/Process Improvement: Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy. Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll). Use project management skills in managing projects. May provide overall project management for a given HR initiative.</li><li>
Production Support: Provide support for HCMS, including researching and resolving HCMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.</li><li>
System Maintenance/Implementation: Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintain HRMS tables. Document process and results.</li><li>
Reports/Queries: Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.</li><li>
Training: Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality.
</li><li>Individual Development: Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies.
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or other related field</li><li>
Four (4) or more years of relevant experience, including:</li><li>
HRIS system experience (UIltiPro preferred)</li><li>
Business intelligence</li><li>
Cognos reporting</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access</li><li>
Ability to maintain confidential data</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>
Proficiency in UltiPro / Ultimate Software highly desired</li><li>
Ability to build effective relationships with peers, and, synthesize difficult concepts for communicating to non-technical users.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience working with or supporting core human resource business processes (performance management, employee on- onboarding, compensation planning, promotions, rehires, etc.).</li><li>
Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.</li><li>
Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.</li><li>
Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete goals independently.</li><li>
Demonstrates a customer-service oriented approach to problem solving and gathering feedback to determine continuous improvements.</li></ul><p>
We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $85,000.00. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
