Delivery Truck Driver / Merchandiser

<div><p>The <b>Payroll Coordinator</b> is responsible for processing time cards, computing and processing wage / salary payments and related withholdings.</p><br>
<ul><li>
Gathers and compiles time records to be processed into database system.</li><li>
Prints paychecks for non-driver payroll groups.</li><li>
Prepares and mails paychecks to employees.</li><li>
Handles incoming mail and sorts within department.</li><li>
Assists in the preparation data to file for Federal, state and other taxes.</li><li>
Coordinates with interdepartmental staff on status paperwork for new hires, terminations, and disability payables.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll and labor laws on a local, State and Federal level.</li><li>
Respond to IRS inquires pertaining to 941 Tax Filings.</li><li>
Reconcile payroll to the general ledger system.</li><li>
Developing tax packages for Internal Revenue Service, State, and Local tax notices.</li><li>
Setting up multi-state SIT and SUI registrations for multiple entities.</li><li>
Complete 941 reconciliations and investigate discrepancies for accounting department.</li><li>

Payroll Coordinator

<div>The <b>Quality Control Checker</b> is responsible for the accurate checking or counting of all products for both inbound and outbound freight.<br>

Ensures that the quantity, quality and labeling and addressing of outbound orders.</li>
<li>Reports shortages, damages and mis-shipments.</li>
<li>Checks contents of orders as filled and assembled by Order Selectors.</li>
