Responsibilities:
<ul><li><div>
Contribute to the planning and implementation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.</div></li><li><div>
Coordinate, execute, and monitor paid social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand visibility and lead generation (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads).</div></li><li><div>
Optimize and manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, campaign management, and performance analysis, to increase website visibility and enhance Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts (Google &amp; Microsoft Ads).</div></li><li><div>
Build retargeting and remarketing audiences for various marketing campaigns, continuously evaluate performance, and implement data-driven improvements.</div></li><li><div>
Regularly update website content and collaborate with team leads on strategies to enhance SEO performance and optimize paid advertising efforts.</div></li><li><div>
Create high-converting landing pages for campaign conversion and quality lead capture.</div></li><li><div>
Monitor and analyze digital performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific reporting tools. Consolidate insights into actionable reports to guide campaign strategy and decisions.</div></li><li><div>
Support email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing initiatives, and audience targeting strategies.</div></li><li><div>
Partner closely with marketing, branding, content, and sales team members to ensure digital efforts align with business objectives.</div></li><li><div>
Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in marketing.</div></li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>
Minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment.</li><li>
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and A/B testing methodologies (Google/YouTube/Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, etc.).</li><li>
Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.</li><li>
Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices and tools.</li><li>
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems; HubSpot experience a plus.</li><li>
Technical knowledge of CMS. HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, but not required.</li><li>
Proven experience managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously with competing deadlines.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into recommendations.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally.</li><li>
About 10% travel required</li></ul><div>
We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $55,957.20 - $74,609.60. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.</div><div></div><div><br>
