We are looking for a motivated and proactive Real Estate Listing Coordinator to join our growing team.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Communicate with property owners and clients professionally.</li><li>Negotiate property prices and secure the best possible deals.</li><li>Make outbound and inbound calls to property owners and leads.</li><li>Create, manage, and update property listings on real estate portals.</li><li>Follow up with clients and maintain strong relationships.</li><li>Coordinate with agents to ensure accurate and up-to-date property information.</li><li>Monitor market trends and help identify competitive pricing opportunities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or a similar role.</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Confidence in making phone calls and dealing with clients.</li><li>Ability to work independently and achieve targets.</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in using online platforms and basic computer applications.</li><li>Fluent English is required.
