This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your legal expertise while supporting complex legal processes in a fast-paced environment.Duties<ul><li>Assist with document review, drafting, proofreading, and editing of legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.</li><li>Manage case files and documents using iManage and other document management systems, ensuring accurate filing and easy retrieval.</li><li>Support attorney with project management tasks related to workers' compensation and personal injury law.</li><li>Prepare for client interviews by organizing case materials and assisting with client communication under supervision.</li><li>Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, handling phone inquiries with professional etiquette, and organizing meetings.</li></ul>SkillsExperience as a paralegal or legal assistant in a busy law office environment is preferable, but not required<ul><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, transcription, and maintaining organized case files efficiently.</li><li>Demonstrated professional phone etiquette combined with strong organizational skills to support attorney&lsquo;s administrative needs.
