Location: Remote 
Base Salary: $180,000 - $240,000 
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Key Account Director to lead and manage partnerships with major retail channels in North America. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, maintaining and expanding retail relationships, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring alignment between product, sales, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate has deep experience in North American offline retail, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales performance across large-scale retail accounts. 
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy &amp; Target Management<ul><li>
Develop sales strategies based on market demand and budget objectives.</li><li>
Break down team sales targets and ensure goals are met through effective allocation and performance management.</li></ul>
Channel Maintenance &amp; Expansion<ul><li>
Maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners (e.g., Walmart, Sam&rsquo;s Club, Target).</li><li>
Develop and implement new sales strategies to improve partner satisfaction, strengthen brand image, and expand into additional stores in collaboration with business development teams.</li></ul>
Operational Management<ul><li>
Oversee store visit schedules and ensure retail execution standards are met across all partner locations.</li><li>
Manage channel-level sales, distribution, inventory, and replenishment strategies.</li><li>
Implement detailed channel management practices to maximize efficiency and sales outcomes.</li></ul>
Research &amp; Feedback Collaboration<ul><li>
Work closely with domestic product teams to provide feedback on product features, customer needs, and market dynamics.</li><li>
Optimize product positioning to improve competitiveness.</li><li>
Collaborate with North America marketing teams to adapt campaigns for maximum impact and ensure effective execution.</li></ul>
Cross-Departmental Collaboration &amp; Team Leadership<ul><li>
Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve operational challenges efficiently.</li><li>
Lead and manage a regional sales operations team, including performance evaluations, skills training, and team development.</li><li>
Build a high-performance culture that emphasizes execution, accountability, and collaboration.</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li>
8+ years of experience in North American offline retail operations, including 3+ years in a senior sales management role covering at least one core channel (Walmart, Sam&rsquo;s Club, Target, etc.).</li><li>
Background in consumer products industries such as apparel, home &amp; furniture, outdoor sports, or consumer electronics (e.g., e-bikes, smart locks) preferred.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of retail store operations, merchandising standards, and replenishment processes.</li><li>
Proven ability to set clear team management guidelines and performance frameworks.</li><li>
Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of 10 or more people, with expertise in target-setting, performance-driven management, and cross-regional collaboration.</li><li>
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) preferred.</li><li>
Ability to work across U.S.&ndash;China time zones and manage international collaboration effectively.</li></ul>

Key Account Director

<div>Position Summary: 
We are seeking a motivated full-time finance professional to help strategize and build financial operations for a digital asset business launching stablecoins and other payment services. Create and enhance reserve management systems, banking relationships, and financial reporting. You will have opportunities for career growth while collaborating with a multinational cross-functional team to develop operations and internal controls to support business growth, regulatory compliance, licensing, and geo-expansion. 
Location: New York City, NY &mdash; Hybrid; Miami, FL &mdash; Remote, with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule. 
Key Responsibilities:<div><ul><li>
Collaborate on the creation of reserve management systems, liquidity, and asset investment strategies in line with relevant regulations, including money transmission laws and the GENIUS Act.</li><li>
Develop, maintain, and optimize banking, custodian, and treasury relationships.</li><li>
Design, implement, and manage our reserve system and collateral framework.</li><li>
Drive the monitoring and internal reporting on token supply valuation and reserve assets.</li><li>
Lead digital asset tracking and on-chain and off-chain reconciliations</li><li>
Generate balance sheets, reports, and financial statements to contribute to regulatory filings, external audit preparation, and licensing applications.</li><li>
Help develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for business growth and stress testing</li><li>
Help develop and oversee the financial controls framework, cash flow management, and working capital optimization for off-chain operations.</li><li>
Create, document, streamline, and update accounting systems and standard operating procedures as needed</li><li>
Collaborate on the selection and implementation of tools and software that address existing or projected needs to scale finance, accounting, and custody functions.</li><li>
Undertake ad hoc projects as we continue to grow.</li></ul></div>
Qualifications:<div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).</li><li>
4+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within fintech, digital assets/crypto, or financial services.</li><li>
Familiarity and experience with standard U.S. accounting practices, financial statement preparation, audit workpapers, and accounting systems design in a regulated environment</li><li>
Proven experience in stablecoin, token-backed asset management, or digital asset finance.</li><li>
Knowledge and understanding of treasury operations, banking relationships, reserve management, and collateral frameworks.</li><li>
Deep knowledge of financial controls, cash-flow management, risk metrics, forecasting and modeling.</li><li>
Experience designing scalable finance and treasury processes.</li><li>
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li></ul></div></div>
