This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes beauty, loves storytelling through content, and has a strong pulse on Gen Z and Millennial culture.The ideal candidate not only understands social trends but actively creates them&mdash;someone who enjoys being on camera, shooting videos, editing content, and experimenting with new formats across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, RedBook, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snapchat.Beyond creativity, this role requires a strategic and analytical mindset&mdash;you&rsquo;ll be responsible for tracking performance metrics, analyzing campaign results, and using insights to continuously improve content and ad effectiveness.The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in shaping our digital voice, growing engagement, and elevating Ninetynine Dreams&rsquo; brand presence across the beauty and lifestyle space.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing plans that align with company objectives and brand identity.</li><li>Lead content creation across platforms&mdash;ideate, film, edit, and post high-quality short-form videos and visuals daily.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling campaigns and product storytelling moments.</li><li>Maintain and execute a content calendar, ensuring timely and trend-aligned posts.</li><li>Monitor and manage ad accounts across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.</li><li>Conduct market and audience research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.</li><li>Implement SEO strategies and manage backlinks to improve visibility and drive organic growth.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics across platforms to inform creative and strategic decisions.</li><li>Build and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.</li><li>Coordinate PR packages and content collaborations with creators.</li><li>Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and social interactions with professionalism and warmth.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in marketing or social media management, ideally in the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion space.</li><li>Strong portfolio or examples of past social media content (especially short-form video).</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and performance tracking tools.</li><li>Familiarity with analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest).</li><li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li><li>Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in video editing and comfort in front of or behind the camera.</li><li>Passionate about beauty, aesthetics, and digital storytelling.</li><li>Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.</li><li>Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee Discount</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Referral Program</li></ul>Work Location: Los Angeles, 90064 CA.
