This role is for someone who takes ownership, thinks fast, and finds solutions instead of excuses. You&rsquo;ll manage all day-to-day matters related to the CEO&rsquo;s house, staff, and maintenance, making sure everything runs smoothly, cost-effectively, and ethically.House Operations &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Manage all household maintenance work &mdash; plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repairs, and service scheduling.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and suppliers for timely work completion.</li><li>Anticipate potential breakdowns and proactively address them, track ongoing issues, create maintenance logs, and follow up until closure.</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Cost Management<ul><li>Source reliable vendors, negotiate competitive prices and maintain cost transparency through proper documentation and receipts.</li><li>Find smart, practical, and affordable solutions without compromising quality.</li></ul>House Staff Management <ul><li>Supervise household staff, manage staff attendance, performance, and replacements when needed.</li><li>Set clear routines and standards for discipline, hygiene, and punctuality and foster a culture of trust among staff while maintaining clear accountability</li></ul>Personal Errands &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Handle deliveries, bills, groceries, household supplies, and personal errands.</li><li>Liaise with external contacts (service providers, agencies, etc.) on behalf of the CEO and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.</li></ul>What you need to succeed at this role:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with 3&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience in operations, administration, or household management.</li><li>Strong follow-up and execution skills &mdash; the kind that won&rsquo;t rest until the job is done.</li><li>High integrity, discretion, and reliability &mdash; absolutely non-negotiable.</li><li>A street-smart individual who can hustle and multi-task.</li><li>Resourceful, proactive, and able to handle pressure.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

We take pride in our culture of merit, integrity, and innovation and remain committed to providing a sustainable and inclusive workplace, offering professional development, equal opportunities, and a collaborative environment that rewards performance and proactive thinking.What your typical day will look like <ul><li>Develop and manage domestic and international yarn suppliers, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.</li><li>Monitor yarn market trends, forecast price movements, negotiate commercial terms, and align procurement activities with approved budgets.</li><li>Execute local sales orders, including Oracle data entry, sales contract and Delivery Order (DO) generation.</li><li>Coordinate closely with dyeing, production, and technical teams for order execution, sampling, specifications, and timely follow-ups.</li><li>Maintain yarn inventory through position and ageing analysis to ensure uninterrupted supply for production requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality standards, sustainability requirements, and supplier performance through regular reviews and audits.</li></ul>What you need to succeed at this role <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Textile Engineering with upto 2 years' of experience in relationship management and stakeholder communication.</li><li>Experience in yarn sourcing, order execution, or textile marketing preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of yarn markets, costing, and supplier negotiations.</li><li>Proficiency in Oracle or ERP systems.</li><li>Detail-oriented individual withstrong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
