The Remote Camp Administrative Assistant provides a variety of administrative duties needed to coordinate remote office space usage at Pogo Mine Camp. This position provides backup support for billeting and travel for individuals from various companies, organizations, and/or departments.
Responsibilities
<ul><li>Perform day-to-day services/tasks needed for billeting and travel coordination for up to 500+ beds in a remote setting.</li>
<li>Assist in flight pre-boarding and check-in for daily scheduled flights.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit routine billeting documentation, general correspondence, and various other reports in order to maintain billeting office workflow.</li>
<li>Demonstrate exceptional proficiency with complex scheduling and rotational shifts.</li>
<li>Manage a large number of public contacts each day with little or no supervision.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively and professionally with senior management, contractors, clients, residents, and other employees.</li>
<li>Accurately utilize complex software applications with high attention to detail to ensure correct information is documented.</li>
<li>Understand, evaluate, and communicate software issues with managers or others.</li>
<li>Perform necessary research for troubleshooting, tracking, and resolving issues.</li>
<li>Maintain various tracking spreadsheets through accurate and timely data entry.</li>
<li>Manage and facilitate all company and client training databases and coordinate with various instructors/ managers.</li>
<li>Process weekly payroll by coordinating with Supervisors and Managers to ensure correct information is recorded and submitted to meet established deadlines.</li>
<li>Meet contract reporting deadlines as required.</li>
<li>Assist with accounts payable and other business-related tasks as assigned.</li>
<li>Assist with Commissary daily cash handling and inventories.</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy of auditable files on site.</li>
<li>Participate and coordinate Holidays and special events.</li>
<li>This position has no supervisory responsibilities.</li>

</ul>Qualifications
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent.</li>
<li>At least five (5) years of directly related office experience.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of accounting functions to include ADP Payroll and Deltek Costpoint</li>
<li>North Slope/Remote Site experience preferred</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills.</li>
<li>Ability to operate in a climate of confidentiality requiring professionalism and discretion.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively operate general office equipment, PC&rsquo;s, and type at least 45 words per minute.</li>
<li>Must have intermediate experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel.</li>
<li>Reliable and dependable attendance in a remote setting.</li>
<li>Must pass all pre-employment contract requirements which may include but are not limited to: background check and UA drug test.</li>

Candidates residing in Alaska &amp; the Lower 48 for any contract: For the purposes of pre-employment testing, Fairbanks, AK will be considered the point of hire (with the exception of drug testing, which will be conducted near the candidate&rsquo;s place of residence). This position provides a wide variety of cleaning services and other related duties required to keep the facilities in a clean and orderly condition.
This position will support the Anchorage Pioneer Home in Anchorage, AK.
Responsibilities
<ul><li>Clean, sweep, mop, vacuum, sanitize and/or restock hallways, stairways, resident rooms and offices, food preparation or break areas, offsite areas, restrooms, public areas or other work areas as assigned.</li>
<li>Dust both low and high areas, and wipe down or cleans various surfaces.</li>
<li>Remove and transport trash to appropriate disposal areas.</li>

<div>Job Description
The Remote Dispatch position provides emergency dispatch and call-taking services for the petrochemical industry in the Greater Prudhoe Bay area of Alaska&rsquo;s North Slope. This position dispatches services required to preserve and protect life, the environment, Wildlife, and property.
This is a seasonal position working rotational schedule, two (2) weeks on / two (2) week off, alternating days and nights from one rotation to the next.
Responsibilities
<ul><li>Dispatch emergency services to fires, medical emergencies, &amp; other emergencies and non-emergent situations.</li>
<li>Dispatch Security personnel to a variety of safety/security-related calls.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with co-workers and other agencies when necessary, including North Slope Borough, various State of AK agencies, U.S. Military, and wildlife entities.</li>
<li>Receives and routes incoming telephone calls for Greater Prudhoe Bay as well as provides general information and referrals to callers.</li>
<li>Accurately and quickly utilize a computer-aided dispatch system to capture information on emergency and non-emergency calls.</li>
<li>Notifies appropriate parties, using available dispatch resources that include but not limited to phone, radio, and pager system of emergencies and non-emergencies as they occur.</li>

Walk: Walk on a treadmill at 3 MPH for 10 minutes with good balance
Stairs: Climb up and down 10 steps x 2 for a total of 20 steps, self-paced.
