About the Role
The Dental Supervisor provides leadership and oversight of dental support staff while ensuring efficient, patient-centered clinic operations. This role plays a key part in enhancing the patient experience, supporting team development, and maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Provide day-to-day leadership to ensure efficient, high-quality, patient-centered operations</li><li>
Champion patient experience initiatives (rounding, AIDET, service recovery, etc.)</li><li>
Supervise Dental Assistants and other clinical support staff</li><li>
Support scheduling, staffing, and workflow coordination</li><li>
Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development</li><li>
Coach and motivate team members to meet quality and performance goals</li><li>
Oversee supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance</li><li>
Maintain SDS sheets, emergency kits, and ensure regulatory compliance</li><li>
Support performance management, including feedback and issue resolution</li></ul>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Experience in a healthcare or dental setting strongly preferred</li><li>
Knowledge of health and dental insurance processes preferred</li><li>
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience</li><li>
2&ndash;3 years of people leadership experience (coaching, mentoring, team development)</li><li>
3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare or a related field</li><li>
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR/EDR systems</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset</li></ul>
