We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our high-performing Heroes Operations Team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day rider operations, ensuring smooth execution and operational efficiency. This position demands strong organizational abilities, clear communication, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.noon mission: Every door, every day<ul><li>Manage day-to-day rider operations and serve as the first point of contact for rider-related queries including COD reconciliation, transfers, and attendance.</li><li>Coordinate closely with hub teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of rider deployments and shift allocations.</li><li>Review and verify rider rosters in consultation with the respective hub teams to ensure accuracy and operational readiness.</li><li>Monitor rider attendance and ensure timely reporting and escalation of discrepancies.</li><li>Support inter-hub rider transfers and ensure all documentation and updates are accurately maintained.</li><li>Maintain clear and up-to-date operational records in compliance with company policies.</li><li>Liaise with internal teams (HR, payroll, transport, etc.) to support rider needs and address operational dependencies.</li><li>Proactively contributes to continuous improvement initiatives for enhancing rider engagement, productivity, and operational efficiency.</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll need?<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or comparable field</li><li>Able to use Microsoft Office &amp; google sheets efficiently</li><li>Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills with confidence and presenting to sizable groups</li><li>Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages and dialects is an advantage.</li><li>Driven and ability to work independently with high proactivity in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Ability to contribute and work effectively in a team.</li><li>Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.</li><li>Sense of urgency.</li><li>Loyalty, high integrity and ability to keep confidentiality.</li><li>Minimum 3 years rider operations / fleet operations</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Who will excel?● We&rsquo;re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.● You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.● We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you currently located in the UAE?</li><li>Are you efficient in preparing various fleet management reports using Excel and Google Sheets?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Last-Mile Delivery Operations: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
