Job Summary</i></b></div><p>
As a key member of the Strategic Sourcing Team, The Sourcing Leader plays a critical role in driving process improvements across the product lifecycle, focusing on the supply chain aspects of onboarding and transitioning programs within the organization and supplier base. This leader collaborates with purchasing teams to identify alternate sources of supply, implement 80/20 strategies to optimize the supply base, and enhance supply chain redundancy and resilience. Additionally, the role leads cost reduction initiatives, manages supplier performance issues, and supports strategic sourcing goals to ensure alignment with quality, cost, and lead time objectives.</p><p>

Sourcing Manager

<div><div>Reliability Engineer</div><p><b><i>
Position Summary:</i></b></p><p>
The Reliability Engineer ensures the reliability, availability, and performance of fabrication equipment&mdash;including manual and automated press brakes, lasers, turret punches, and roll formers&mdash;by applying engineering principles, predictive maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement methodologies. This role drives asset health programs to minimize downtime, optimize lifecycle costs, and support Nortek&rsquo;s operational excellence and safety goals.</p><p><b><i>
Position Responsibilities:</i></b></p><ul><li>
Develop and deploy an asset reliability strategy for fabrication assets aligned to site KPIs (uptime, OEE, MTBF, MTTR)</li><li>
Lead Failure Modes &amp; Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for chronic losses; author corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)</li><li>
Establish predictive maintenance (PdM) programs (vibration, thermography, oil analysis); optimize PM intervals using RCM and data trends</li><li>
Own the critical spare parts strategy: BOM accuracy, min/max levels, and supplier collaboration to reduce meantime to repair</li><li>
Analyze downtime and cost data from CMMS; publish weekly/monthly dashboards and drive action through tiered daily management</li><li>
Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Production to implement design-for-reliability improvements and mistake-proofing</li><li>
Standardize work for maintenance tasks; train technicians on precision maintenance (alignment, torque, lubrication) and LOTO best practices</li><li>
Influence equipment specification, selection, installation, and commissioning for new or refurbished fabrication assets</li><li>
Lead or facilitate Kaizen events aimed at stabilizing flow in fabrication (setup reduction/SMED, 5S, visual management)</li><li>
Identify areas of improvement and set standards for operator-led autonomous maintenance activities</li><li>
Ensure compliance with OSHA and Nortek policies; integrate safety and environmental considerations into reliability plans</li><li>

Hands-on experience with press brakes, lasers, punches, and roll formers (automation/CNC controls preferred)</li><li>
Proficiency with CMMS, reliability tools (RCM, FMEA, RCA), and basic statistical analysis for trend identification</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of Lean/CI methods and Standard Work; strong cross-functional communication skills</li><li>
