About this position</b></p>
<p>
The physical therapist evaluates, establishes treatment programs and provides individualized care to customers. The goal of care is to prevent, correct, or alleviate disability, as well as to educate the customer/family about their role in the care plan. Functions as a part of the interdisciplinary treatment team, and collaborates with other caregivers with the goal of providing high quality customer care. Participates in department decision-making, improvement activities, and projects designed to improve customer care standards in the department.</p><br>

Education</b></p>

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing compassionate quality care that is customer and family focused. The RN assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents care of customers according to hospital and care center policies and standards of professional nursing practices. </li><li>Verifies 2 patient identifiers before scanning any documents into a patient&rsquo;s chart in compliance with HIPPA</li><li>Updates Procedure Pass as applicable</li><li>Collaborates with preop call RNs on chart prep
</li><li>Enters showstopper alerts for missing documents less than 48 hrs prior to surgery and notifies PCF and/or manager as needed

About this position</b></p>
<p>
The Medical Assistant will manage the patient flow throughout the clinic and assist providers in the management and treatment of their patients. Patients come from a variety of backgrounds and various age groups requiring individualized care including infants, children, adolescents, adults, or geriatrics. The focus of the Medical Assistant is on collaborative, supportive and delegated tasks as described in the Blaze Health Medical Assistant scope of practice. Delegable tasks and competencies are specific to the role of the Supervising Nurse and Supervising Provider and are described by the Minnesota Board of Nursing and the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. The Medical Assistant receives direction and collaborates with the Clinic Supervisor, Clinic Manager, and Providers to meet the defined goals of the customer, shift, department and organization. Communication with the health care team related to progress, concerns, questions or problems that arise are an essential element of the Medical Assistant role.</p>
