Our approach is empathetic, motivational, and collaborative, encouraging clients to take responsibility for their healing.You&rsquo;ll be part of a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, ethical care. Additionally, you will help guide and support interns and those not fully licensed.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Complete client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans</li><li>Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions</li><li>Educate clients and families on addiction, mental health, and recovery</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality</li><li>Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision</li><li>Coordinate care and referrals as needed</li><li>Provide some supervision and guidance to Interns</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field</li><li>Active Indiana LCSW, LMHC per Masters in Counseling</li><li>3+ years of post-grad clinical experience</li><li>Strong understanding of mental health and substance abuse and co-occurring disorders</li><li>Familiarity with IOP/PHP</li><li>Professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to support recovery</li></ul>Why NuLife?We are dedicated to improving lives through compassionate, evidence-based care.
