<div><p>Position: Inbound Phone Sales Representative<br>

Compensation: Non Exempt position with a Base annual salary of $33,000 + commission<br>
Top Performers have the potential to Earn: Up to $100,000 annually with commission.</p>

<div><p>Overview</p>
</div>
<div><p>This is a fast-paced, transactional sales role focused on converting inbound phone, chat, and virtual inquiries into sales. You&rsquo;ll help customers find the right DME and mobility products while providing expert product recommendations and follow-through. Success in this position requires a sales-first mindset, strong computer skills, and comfort navigating multiple systems during interactions.</p>

<div><ul><li><p>Respond to inbound consumer inquiries via phone, chat, and video consultations</p>

</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions</p>

</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Close sales efficiently and effectively within a short sales cycle</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Create and manage quotes, tasks, and follow-ups through order completion</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Communicate shipping, delivery, warranty, and return policies</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Collaborate with internal departments and manufacturers to ensure order accuracy and timeliness</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Stay current on product offerings, policies, and sales best practices through ongoing training</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Maintain compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements</p>
</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>Provide compassionate, responsive service that supports customer independence</p>

</ul></div><div><p>Required Experience &amp; Skills</p>
</div>
<div><ul><li><p>Experience in the DME or mobility equipment space (scooters, wheelchairs, lift chairs)</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Minimum 3 years of inbound consumer sales experience (ecommerce or retail preferred)</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>High sales velocity with a proven track record of:</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>High conversion rates</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Effective cross-selling and upselling</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Strong consultative sales approach</p>

</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems during calls</p>
