Hiring Project Engineer for 1 year contract, QatarJob Title: Project Engineer &ndash; Service Department Job SummaryThe Project Engineer &ndash; Service Department will be responsible for managing warranty-related activities, coordinating site services, and acting as the primary technical interface with clients. The role requires regular site presence, strong coordination skills, and experience in Electrical / Instrument Control Panel systems, including cabinet troubleshooting and SCADA /HMI verification. The engineer will represent the company professionally and proactively ensure timely closure of warranty and service issues.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and follow up on warranty cases from initiation to final closure.</li><li>Perform site visits 2&ndash;3 days per week to inspect systems, assess issues, and monitor progress.</li><li>Check, track, and report the status of warranty items, ensuring timely resolution.</li><li>Carry out SCADA monitoring, verification, and basic diagnostics, including confirmation of alarms, signals, trends, and communication status.</li><li>Coordinate internally with engineering, service, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve warranty and service issues efficiently.</li><li>Coordinate material ordering, spare parts, and logistics related to service and warranty activities.</li><li>Prepare and maintain service reports, warranty documentation, root cause analysis, and client communications.</li><li>Proactively identify potential service or warranty risks and initiate corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure timely closure of site issues and obtain client acceptance and sign-off as required.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.</li><li>3 to 5 years of experience in service, projects, or maintenance of electrical/instrumentation panels and systems.</li><li>Good knowledge of LV panels, control panels, PLC/SCADA systems, and instrumentation</li></ul>interfaces.<ul><li>Experience in warranty handling and site coordination.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented.</li><li>Strong communication and client-handling skills.</li><li>Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently under site conditions and time constraints.</li><li>Good documentation and reporting skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Notice period / time require to join ? </li><li>Are you in Qatar with valid QID? </li><li>Are you able to manage Food, accommodation and transport by yourself ? </li><li>Are you interested for 1 year extendable project ? </li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Do you have experience in Instrumentation Projects?
