Serve as AP Compliance approver for various types of expense transactions, including online payment requests, international wires, expense reports, and gift card requests</li><li>
Conduct compliance audits of accounts payable activities, including Travel &amp; Expense and PCard transactions</li><li>
Liaise with end users and the Finance Help Desk to assist with compliance-related questions and resolve Salesforce help desk tickets</li><li>

In this role, the successful candidate as the Data Analyst (Financials) will support the day to day operations of the Financial Data Management (Financials). The Financial Data Management (Financials) team is responsible for the data stewardship of critical financial data generated from PeopleSoft (FSCM) with a specific focus on the integrity of the General Ledger and financial reporting. The Data Analyst (Financials) is responsible for new chart field creation, tree maintenance, interface workflow, allocations processing, service ticket (Front Range) resolution and other production tasks as assigned. The Data Analyst will also support ongoing maintenance of data/journal processes in PeopleSoft that are integral to delivering accurate financial statements in a timely manner. The Data Analyst must have at least one year of work experience supporting a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-driven environment where s/he is actively engaged in multiple and simultaneous projects. Working knowledge of financial operations, financial data analysis, and solid experience using PeopleSoft applications is key to this role.</p><p><b>

In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for providing strategic sourcing services on Capital Acquisition to NYU Langone Health based on predefined service levels. Specialist will request, review, and execute contracts from start to finish. Specialist will collaborate with internal teams, including but not limited to Data Management, Purchasing, Clinical Supply Chain, Planning and Operation, and Value Analysis (VA). The Specialist will also work with external end users including but not limited to Clinical Engineering and Real Estate Development and Facilities serving as the point of accountability for Sourcing throughout the Capital project lifecycle. Specialist works under general direction from the Sourcing Manager. Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with and providing direction to Contract Admins.</p>

<li><b>Capital Sourcing-</b> will support in the execution of Capital Sourcing projects for NYU Langone Health ensuring the timely review and processing of capital requests, maintain capital project schedules while negotiating reduction of capital project costs. Assist in developing process improvement plan to streamline the capital acquisition workflow.</li>
<li><b>Analytical Skills</b> - Must possess the skills to interpret and analyze data both financially and qualitatively in order to present and interpret outcomes. Must be able to explain and convey data to all end users. Must be able to identify sourcing opportunities from data.</li>
<li><b>Assesses Needs and Initiate Sourcing Projects</b> &ndash; Supports Sourcing Manager and Sourcing Leader in initiating and managing new projects (RFP&rsquo;s) based on high spend profile, potential for savings, upcoming contract expirations, process improvement, and other related value adds.</li>
<li><b>Process Excellence </b>&ndash; Maintains expiring contracts report, QBR calendar, and system price parity. Provides contract support for new product add and match exceptions.</li>
<li><b>Supplier Selection and Contracting</b> - Conducts negotiations with suppliers on pricing and contractual terms and conditions. Must be able to analyze contracts, terms and conditions, and ramifications of contractual verbiage as it relates to the product, service, supplier in question and those ramifications within the hospital. Develops contracts supporting our business requirements, including clearly defined service expectations/goods specifications, performance measurement practices and shortfall remedies.</li>
<li><b>Relationship Management</b> - Acts as customer service support liaison. Obtains requestor/end-user feedback to ensure alignment/expectations are consistent with their departmental goals. Assists departments implement sourcing changes, especially if moving to a new supplier and for more significant spends and services.</li>
<li><b>Cost Savings</b> &ndash; Will identify, implement and quantify strategic sourcing savings opportunities.
</li><li><b>Business Process Optimization &ndash; </b>Seeks ways to improve business processes within (but not limited to) Supply Chain Department.
</li><li><b>Market Evaluations</b> - Gathers and interprets market and competitive intelligence through formal and informal processes.
</li><li><b>Sourcing Strategies</b> &ndash;Supports Sourcing Manager and Sourcing Leader in defining sourcing strategies that optimize value in light of requestor/end-user needs and market conditions.</li>
<li>Works with requestor/end-user to periodically review supplier effectiveness; remain abreast of evolving needs and keep requestor/end-user aware of evolving market capabilities.</li>

Minimum Qualifications:</b><br>
To qualify you must have a Minimum of two to three years Supply Chain experience, and preferably one (1) year in strategic sourcing responsibilities for various commodities both products and services within and outside healthcare organizations.<br>
Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or related field<br>
High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc).

Some knowledge of procurement/sourcing process<br>
