<div>The Project Systems Engineer leverages a strong foundation in systems engineering to guide the division&rsquo;s engineering and design activities under the supervision of the Design Engineering Manager. This role requires effective collaboration with Oceaneering personnel and customers to ensure engineering solutions meet client requirements. The Project Systems Engineer provides leadership in developing systems engineering models and documentation, including concepts of operations, requirements specifications, interface control documents and drawings, hazard analyses, and test plans and procedures.</div>
 <div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering required.
</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Systems Engineering preferred.
</li><li>Object Modeling Group (OMG) Systems Modeling Language (SysML) certification preferred.
</li><li>Proficiency in SysML and familiarity with SysMLv2, Unified Architecture Framework (UAF), Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Unified Modeling Language (UML), and Service-oriented Architecture Modeling Language (SoaML).

</li><li>Advancing digital thread capabilities in accordance with digital engineering execution plans.
</li><li>Assisting in the development and allocation of system and functional requirements to hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
</li><li>Participating in the creation of system engineering documentation.
</li><li>Addressing system requirements and stakeholder needs, including logically inferred and implied functions essential to system effectiveness.

 The primary role of this position is to perform manual and automatic gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) in the fabrication, assembly, repair and maintenance of primarily small bore stainless steel tubing and other varied manufactured components as needed.
