Ringo Media is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to join our growing digital marketing team. This internship is perfect for recent graduates who want to build hands-on experience managing and creating content for brands across multiple social media platforms.You&rsquo;ll learn how to plan, create, and analyze social campaigns that drive engagement and growth for real client accounts under the guidance of our experienced marketing team.This is a 3-month internship with the possibility to extend to 6 months or transition into a full-time role based on performance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in planning and creating engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.</li><li>Suggest new content strategies and creative approaches to grow brand awareness organically.</li><li>Schedule posts, track engagement, and monitor performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.</li><li>Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitors to develop creative campaign ideas.</li><li>Help respond to comments, messages, and online community interactions professionally.</li><li>Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure brand consistency across posts.</li><li>Prepare weekly performance reports and suggest improvements for audience growth and engagement.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).</li><li>1 year of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.</li><li>Understanding of major social media platforms and current trends.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).</li><li>Basic understanding of social media analytics and KPIs.</li><li>Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.</li><li>Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work remotely and manage deadlines effectively.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Why are you interested in pursuing a career in social media marketing?</li><li>Which social media platforms are you most comfortable using for professional marketing purposes?</li><li>This role requires good English communication skills. While experience with automotive brands is a strong plus, the ideal candidate should also have a background working with a variety of sectors and the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
