 This is a broad, front office-facing role offering exposure across multiple asset classes and close interaction with Traders, PMs and wider investment teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the trade lifecycle, trade execution processes and day-to-day desk activity within a fast-paced environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal profile will have 4+ years of experience within a Trade Assistant, Trade Support or Middle Office function, ideally coming from a hedge fund or investment banking background with strong product exposure across equities and derivatives.

Trade Assistant (Equities) - Top Tier Hedge Fund

 OCR are partnered with a globally renowned, multi-strategy hedge fund which are currently expanding and looking to hire a talented individual for their high performing commodities division, to be based out of New York or Connecticut.
 
 
 
 
 
 The role will work closely with top energy traders, supporting across the full lifecycle of FTR/CRR and DART activity, including trade validation, reconciliation and ISO market settlements.
 
 
 
 
 
 The role will act as the primary operational point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, partnering closely with Risk and Valuations to ensure accurate P&amp;L attribution while maintaining robust data integrity within ETRM systems and driving process enhancements.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role is ideal for a commodities professional with 3+ years of experience that is looking to make the jump into a dynamic and high growth hedge fund environment.
