Compensation</h3>
Starting at $35.00 per hour and up, based on experience, qualifications, and shift differentials.

Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.</li><li>
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.</li><li>
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare providers.</li><li>
Assess residents and contribute to individualized care plans.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all resident care policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.</li><li>
Collaborate effectively with CNAs, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.</li><li>
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.</li><li>
Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident needs.</li><li>
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
Current and active Massachusetts LPN license in good standing.</li><li>
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.</li><li>
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Excellent customer service and resident-centered care skills.</li><li>
Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment and critical thinking.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>
Basic computer and documentation skills.</li><li>
Ability to perform duties requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, and transferring residents as needed.</li><li>
Must successfully pass a background check, including CORI.</li></ul></div>
