With 3-4 years of experience, as an Art Director with the social team, you will be taking on the responsibilities of both a creative and a supervisor, this position will work together with copywriters, senior copywriters and carry out creative conceptualistion, supervise team members, control human resources and time costs, while producing creative work that meets Ogilvy's standards.</p>

About the Role</b></p>
<p>
Candidate will provide scientific and clinical leadership in the development of all types of scientific materials, including peer-reviewed scientific communications, slide decks, and key educator materials.</p>
<p>
 <b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop high-quality scientific and well-referenced educational materials, including promotional educational content, as well as abstracts, posters, slide decks, brief communications, and other standard communication formats</li>
<li>Lead a medical team while being flexible in a dynamic service-oriented environment</li>
<li>Interact with client and experts in all aspects of the business with a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of client and experts</li>
<li>Self-manage to adhere to agreed T&amp;E schedules, budgets, and to alert team to potential deviations and overages</li>
<li>Build working relationships with key client medical personnel</li>
<li>Adhere to all processes and procedures for development and production of programs</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What You&rsquo;ll Need</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Doctoral level degree in biomedical sciences (PhD, MD, or PharmD)</li>
<li>Launch experience is preferred</li>
<li>5+ years advertising/healthcare communications agency experience is require</li>
<li>Track record of working on promotional business deeply engaged with the science</li>
<li>Excellent strategic insights; ability to partner closely with and/or fill in for Strategic Planning</li>
<li>Good and vocal presence for client liaison and presentations</li>
<li>Comfort working with account and creative in their discipline, ie, not advising from the outside but getting directly involved</li>
<li>Line management history supervising junior staff is desirable</li>
<li>Client side experience is of interest, but not necessary</li>
<li>Familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, and RefMan</li>
<li>Excellent verbal, writing, presentation, and editing skills</li>
<li>Excellent interviewing skills (for expert interviews, author research, advisory boards)</li>
<li>Working knowledge of clinical or preclinical research principles, regulatory affairs, and biostatistics</li>
<li>Knowledge of clinical trial study design, health outcomes research, pharmacoeconomics and epidemiology</li>
<li>Ability to develop table, figures, etc, and review for grammar, format, and consistency</li>
<li>Ability to translate complex data into compelling messages and concepts</li>
<li>Familiarity with AMA style</li>
<li>Great attention to detail</li>
<li>Self-starter with little need for constant direction</li>
<li>Ability to deliver quick turnaround on a variety of tasks</li><br>
