Job Summary

We are seeking a (Part-time, 20&ndash;25 hours per week, 5 days per week) dependable and detail-oriented Janitor / Facilities Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization across multiple warehouse, industrial, and office facilities in our Novato and Petaluma buildings. This is an in-house, part-time position supporting daily operations and ensuring a clean, sanitary, and professional environment for employees and visitors. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas</li>
<li>Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and surfaces</li>
<li>Empty trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly</li>
<li>Perform general cleaning in warehouse and light industrial spaces</li>
<li>Restock janitorial and restroom supplies as needed</li>
<li>Clean high-touch areas, doors, windows, walls, and fixtures</li>
<li>Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages</li>
<li>Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and OMW workplace regulations</li>
<li>Secure buildings at the end of shifts when required</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Previous janitorial or facilities cleaning experience preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness</li>
<li>Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements
<ul>
<li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds</li>
<li>Ability to work in both office and warehouse/industrial environments</li>
</ul>
Work Environment
<ul>
<li>Combination of office and warehouse settings</li>
<li>Exposure to cleaning chemicals (training and PPE provided in compliance with Cal/OSHA standards)</li>
</ul>
Compensation &amp; Employment Details
<ul>
<li>Hourly, non-exempt position</li>
<li>Overtime paid in accordance with California labor laws</li>
<li>Meal and rest periods provided in compliance with California regulations</li></ul>
