<div><p>The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) &amp; Process Developer will design, implement and maintain a sustainable and scalable automation strategy based on a thorough analysis of On&rsquo;s challenges today and tomorrow. Develop RPA process solutions (UiPath, MS Power Automate) applying standard design principles and conventions and manage the entire RPA life cycle ensuring adequate documentation for the different phases. Continuous enhancement and improvement of existing RPA solutions (using e.g. the PDCA methodology) by validating and optimizing design, code, and reusability of our automation artifacts. Elicit and analyze process-related business requirements and areas for improvement. Prepare, facilitate and support internal BPM workshops and act as RPA subject matter expert. Alternate acceptable education and work experience: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business &amp; Information Systems Engineering, Process Management or a related technical field of study, and two (2) years of experience in a related position. Work experience must have included: Three (3) years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Work experience or academic coursework must have included: Experience with implementations, D365 Upgrades, Migrations, Installation, End-User Training, User Training, and Pre and Post Go-Live Support activities; Experience with role based security design and customization; and Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX Infrastructure Support, Microsoft Dynamics Deployments.</p>

<ul><li>Streaming Platforms &amp; Architecture: Strong production experience with Apache Kafka and its ecosystem (e.g., Confluent Cloud, Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect). Solid understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures, and how they drive modern microservices and data pipelines.</li>
<li>Real-Time Data Pipelines: Experience building and optimizing real-time data pipelines for ML, analytics and reporting, leveraging technologies such as Apache Flink, Spark Structured Streaming, and integration with low-latency OLAP systems like Apache Pinot.</li>
<li>Platform Infrastructure &amp; Observability: Hands-on experience with major Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Kubernetes and Docker, coupled with proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Experience integrating and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and implementing comprehensive Observability solutions (New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana) for production environments.</li>
<li>Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one of the following: Python, Typescript, Java, Scala or Go.</li>
