We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to join our manpower supply team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for various client requirements across construction, oil &amp; gas, industrial, logistics, and facility management sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.Maintain an updated database of candidates for various job categories.Collect and verify candidate documents before deployment.Coordinate with the operations team for mobilization, gate passes, medicals, and other onboarding requirements.Meet recruitment targets within the required timelines.Build and maintain relationships with candidates and recruitment partners.Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate recruitment records.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a manpower supply or staffing company.Experience recruiting blue-collar and white collar workersGood communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.Knowledge of GCC recruitment processes will be an added advantage.Work Location: In person

Scope includes chiller start- stop as per load schedule, monitoring of suction/ discharge pressure, oil pressure and temperature, chilled/condenser water in -out temperature, ampere and voltage and alarm with daily log maintenance.Work Location: In person

Job Title: ElectricianLocation: Ras Laffan, Qatar Number of Positions: 3 Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)Qualifications<ul><li>ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of relevant experience as an Electrician in industrial, construction, oil &amp; gas, petrochemical, or similar environments.</li><li>Experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.</li><li>Diagnose electrical faults and perform corrective maintenance.</li><li>Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.</li><li>Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.</li><li>Test electrical systems and components using appropriate tools and instruments.</li><li>Support shutdown, turnaround, and project activities as required.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of maintenance and repair activities.</li><li>Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete assigned tasks efficiently.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Good knowledge of electrical systems, motors, control panels, and distribution equipment.</li><li>Ability to use electrical testing and diagnostic instruments.</li><li>Understanding of safety regulations and permit-to-work systems.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Other Requirements<ul><li>Physically fit and capable of working in industrial site conditions.</li><li>Valid certifications/licenses related to electrical work will be an advantage.</li></ul>Employment Type: Contract (3 Months, Extendable) Work Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar.Work Location: In person
