Job Description Summary:
The Commercial Analytics team is responsible for serving up digestible, data-driven insights to power business performance, strategic execution, and informed decision making across the Commercial organization (including Sales, Marketing, Contracting &amp; Market Access). This position reports to the Manager of Commercial Analytics and will be responsible for business performance analytics and reporting.
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)<ul><li>
Leads strategic initiatives supporting the development of key Commercial data sets, analytics &amp; reporting infrastructure, and ongoing data governance processes</li><li>
Develops reports and dashboards for field-based and management-level audiences, tracking market intelligence and business performance trends</li><li>
Leverages and integrates multiple internal and external data sources into analyses, including information from DataMart, Salesforce, and 3rd party data providers (e.g., Definitive Healthcare and Trella Health)</li><li>
Builds deep understanding of business issues, systems, data streams, and information needs. Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement</li><li>
Supports and enhances ongoing business processes (e.g., quarterly account segmentation and customer targeting) under the direction of team leadership</li><li>
Interfaces between the business and data/IT teams to generate user-friendly tools and actionable insights for the Commercial team</li><li>
Supports cross functional initiatives, such as with Finance and Operations, to develop a holistic, organizational perspective of business performance</li><li>
Partners with Commercial leadership to provide proactive analysis and insights to manage KPIs</li><li>
Partners with IT to maintain key account hierarchy and customer source of truth data for company</li><li>
Provides ad-hoc commercial reporting and analysis as requested</li><li>

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or equivalent in a quantitative major</li><li>
2-4 years of applicable experience in an analytical role</li></ul>

Experience with SQL or other data analysis and reporting tools</li><li>
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools</li><li>
Experience creating process flows and identifying opportunities to improve process performance</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Proficient group presentation skills</li><li>
Ability to work with confidential material and maintain confidentiality along with sensitivity to employees&rsquo; and customers&rsquo; needs and data</li></ul>

Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $62,386.44-$103,999.91
