 JOB PURPOSE:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 To Perform the contracts &amp; claims daily duties and responsibilities to ensure proper contract preparation, review and administration during the various stages of the construction process.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Roles &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with the Contract Specialists and other related staff in the head office for guidance.
 
 
 &bull; Perform risk analysis for the assigned project and submit reports for review.
 
 
 &bull; Administer assigned contracts to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
 
 
 &bull; Perform post award activities including coordinating all contract submittals and correspondence, preparation and process variation orders and claims until project close out.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure documentation to negotiate Variation orders are properly produced and maintained and highlight key figures accordingly.
 
 
 &bull; Prepare letters to clients requesting approvals and interpretations necessary to comply with the provisions of the contract. Review and approve letters as required.
 
 
 &bull; Identify the risks and notifications in the contract and highlight them to the direct supervisor.
 
 
 &bull; Follow up on problems which demand management attention
 
 
 &bull; Update records of all correspondence-related contract activity.
 
 
 &bull; Verify accuracy of invoices, review invoices for payment and ensure approvals accordingly.
 
 
 &bull; Handle sub-contracts, invoices, RFIs and various tasks &amp; Contribute in preparing monthly reports. &bull; Participate in the preparation of claims.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure all related records, documentation and adequate filing system are maintained.
 
 
 &bull; Respond to related document requests and various enquiries on a daily basis.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure that employee is working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, and fully aware of his job risk assessment and environmental aspects.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 MINIMUN QUALIFICATION &amp; REQUIREMENTS:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Education/ Qualifications: BSC Construction Management or Engineering (Arch./ Civil)
 
 
 Professional Certification: Contracts Related Certificates (preferable)
 
 
 Work Experience: 3-5 years&rsquo; experience in a related field
 
 
 Language: Good command of English language
 
 
 Computer Skills: Microsoft Office

 Ensure executing optimized telecommunication engineering system for rail projects fully integrated and
 
 
 complying with industry standards and contractual obligations.

 1. Supervise and review project bid specifications, Customer Requirements (RFP), performance
 
 
 standards and technical studies and provide technical feedback to improve performance.
 
 
 2. Coordinate and supervise all activities of telecom system design to ensure alignment with client
 
 
 requirements, industry standards, and quality regulations.
 
 
 3. Create detailed technical documentation for engineering design activities, including CAD drawing
 
 
 review and development and present progress reports to direct managers and all relevant
 
 
 stakeholders
 
 
 4. Manage various systems, including Fiber Optics, Multiservice Network, Radio Communication
 
 
 System (GSM-R &amp; LTE), CCTV, Telephone, Time Distribution, Public Address, Passenger Information
 
 
 System, and Recording System to ensure optimized operation.
 
 
 5. Troubleshoot any issues identified during the design process and provide technical support to
 
 
 resolve problems and enhance system performance.
 
 
 6. Collaborate with construction and interface teams to ensure that telecom system design, technical
 
 
 documents, drawings and proposals are developed correctly and according to client requirements.
 
 
 7. Lead the team, provide required guidance and support, and foster a collaborative and high-performance
 
 
 working environment.
 
 
 8. Review Telecom submissions (e.g., Design and Installation drawings, planning documentation,
 
 
 Inspection, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), procedures and reports)
 
 
 provided by the contractor and provide technical feedback to improve performance.
 
 
 9. Develop and implement rigorous quality processes to ensure that all project designs and
 
 
 implementations comply with relevant codes and industry specific standards of performance.
 
 
 10. Ensure that the deliverables from the Contractor meet project requirements, specifications, and
 
 
 the intended Design.
 
 
 11. Adhere to safety and security standards, ensuring that telecom designs support cybersecurity
 
 
 requirements and transportation safety protocols.
 
 
 12. Conduct site surveys and assessments to oversee the installations progress, witness factory/site
 
 
 tests and identify any vulnerabilities.
 
 
 13. Conduct comprehensive assessments to highlight critical issues, identify any technical challenges
 
 
 and all the risks related to design compliance, project execution, quality assurance and budget.
 
 
 14. Prepare and present technical and project progress reports highlighting project milestones and
 
 
 compliance with timelines to senior management and stakeholders.
 
 
 15. Provide technical support and consultation to the client to ensure timely and accurate project
 
 
 completion.
 
 
 16. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and complying with
 
 
 project specifications.
 
 
 17. Pursue new technologies and methods to include innovative solutions into design practices that
 
 
 improve system performance and maintain competitiveness.
 
 
 18. Ensure that employee is working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, and fully

 Education/ Qualifications B.SC in Electrical Communication Engineering
 
 
 
 
 
 Professional Certification ICT: CCNA &ndash; RCDD or equivalent
 
 
 Work Experience: 7-10 Years of Experience in design and implementation of Telecom
 
 
 systems (ICT/ELV) in rail projects.
 
 
 
 
 
 - Broad knowledge of ICT, Network, Storage and Security Systems
 
 
 - In depth experience in ELV and Industrial Automation Systems
 
 
 
 
 
 Language Excellent command of English language
 
 
 Computer Skills
