 &bull; Monitor technical performance of all tower cranes in area projects / mega project.
 
 
 &bull; Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with the technical office unit for the tower cranes reallocation, working hours, and
 
 
 maintenance cost.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure productivity and quality of work in the area.
 
 
 &bull; Provide technical support when needed.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure the effectiveness of technical and on job training to enhance employees&rsquo; performance.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure best allocations of tower cranes' staff based on the technicality and project needs.
 
 
 &bull; Conduct periodic evaluation of employees work performance and tower cranes that have been
 
 
 repaired and the constraints.

Tower Cranes Manager - Maintenance

 JOB PURPOSE
 
 
 
 
 To prepare
 
 budgets, track the actual costs to identify project expenses over and under runs, trends, areas of inefficiency and opportunities for project cost improvement. Ensure the timely issuance of Cost Control Reports.
 
 
 
 Roles &amp; Responsibilities

Cost Control Engineer

 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 To carry out day to day site inspections, in coordination with the construction team, maintain critical records and documents related to quality assurance, and make sure the site activities meet project requirements and the quality standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Roles &amp; Responsibilities:

 Review all the projects specifications related to scope of work.

 Assure the full compliance of the executed works against the project specifications and Quality

 control standards and procedures.

 Inspect all the delivered materials to ensure that they completely match with approved material as well as the project specifications.

 Education/ Qualifications: Bachelors' degree with a major in Accounting or Finance. Minimum two years of accounting, auditing, or financial analysis experience.
 
 
 Experience: 6-7 years of experience in budgeting, financial reporting, or financial planning and analysis (FP&amp;A) roles.
 
 
 Professional Certification: CMA / CFA / CPA is a plus
 
 
 Language: Strong written, verbal communication (English fluency is a must) (French is a plus)
 
 
 Computer Skills: Skill in the use of Microsoft word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Internet
 
 
 General Skills: Presentation skills, in addition to collaboration skills. Knowledge of cost and financial accounting principles.
