Job SummaryThe System Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of complex IT systems and enterprise architecture solutions. This role provides technical leadership to ensure that all systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business strategy and technology roadmaps.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and define end-to-end system architecture for new and existing enterprise applications and infrastructure.</li><li>Develop architectural blueprints, standards, and guidelines aligned with organizational goals.</li><li>Evaluate current systems and identify areas for improvement, modernization, or migration.</li><li>Lead technical discussions and provide architectural direction across development and infrastructure teams.</li><li>Define integration patterns and ensure seamless interoperability between systems and platforms.</li><li>Assess emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.</li><li>Collaborate with development teams to ensure design integrity.</li><li>Review and approve technical designs submitted by development team.</li><li>Ensure architecture complies with security, compliance, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Document architecture decisions, patterns, and rationale using standard frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li>7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a system or enterprise architecture role.</li><li>Strong expertise in cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure architecture.</li><li>Deep knowledge of microservices, APIs, SOA, and integration architecture.</li><li>Proficient in programming languages and frameworks, including .NET Core and React.js.</li><li>Proficiency in architecture modeling tools such as ArchiMate, EA, or similar.</li><li>Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.</li><li>Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with zero-trust security architecture principles.</li><li>Background in real estate, construction, or development sector is an advantage.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job SummaryThe Software Product Analyst acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technology team. This role is responsible for analyzing business needs, evaluating software solutions, defining product requirements, and supporting the delivery of technology products that meet organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.</li><li>Translate business needs into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and desired product capabilities.</li><li>Work closely with development, QA, and design teams throughout the product lifecycle.</li><li>Evaluate and assess third-party software solutions and vendor proposals.</li><li>Manage and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Manager.</li><li>Facilitate workshops, meetings, and reviews with business units and technical teams.</li><li>Create and maintain product documentation including process flows, wireframes, and user manuals.</li><li>Track and report on product performance metrics and KPIs post-deployment.</li><li>Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate feedback cycles.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in a software product analyst, business analyst, or similar role.</li><li>Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li><li>Proficiency in requirements management and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).</li><li>Familiarity with UI/UX concepts and ability to create wireframes or process flows.</li><li>Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise software platforms.</li><li>Knowledge of API integrations and data flow concepts.</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Lucidchart, or Visio.</li><li>Product management certifications (CSPO, CBAP, or equivalent) are an advantage.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
