Senior Housekeeping Supervisor

Overview:Experienced Admin Executive to manage and oversee daily facility operations at our headquarters. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in facility or housekeeping supervision, ideally from a 5-star hotel or IHM (Institute of Hotel Management) background.The role involves managing daily administrative tasks including technician allocation, petty cash, key control, fuel and utility coordination, AMC billing, and workspace planning. Admin Executive (Hospitality or Facilities Management)

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Measure, cut, and install gypsum boards according to design specifications and blueprints.</li><li>Assemble and secure metal or wooden frames to walls, ceilings, and partitions before installing gypsum boards.</li><li>Fill joints, nail indentations, and cracks with joint compound and smooth surfaces for finishing.</li><li>Apply tape to cover joints between boards and ensure a seamless finish.</li><li>Sand gypsum surfaces to achieve a smooth, even finish ready for painting or other final treatments.</li><li>Install corner beads and control joints to prevent cracking.</li><li>Repair and replace damaged gypsum boards as needed.</li><li>Follow safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.</li><li>Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure proper installation and integration of building systems.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month

Gypsum carpenter

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Generate and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Record and book customer payments and receipts into the accounting system.</li><li>Monitor and resolve reconcilable items and discrepancies in accounts.</li><li>Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash inflows.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accounts receivable reports and aging summaries.</li><li>Coordinate with the collections team for daily follow-ups and payment updates.</li><li>Calculate potential bad debts, highlight risks, and recommend write-offs where appropriate.</li><li>Implement and manage payment plans on the system, ensuring correct mapping and follow-up.</li><li>Support in monthly and year-end closing processes and audits as required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable</li><li>Strong understanding of revenue recognition, bad debt provisions, and financial reporting.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially with internal collection teams.</li><li>High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong organizational skills.</li></ul>Why Work with us !At ORO24, we pride ourselves on a multicultural, fun and talented team of people.
