Excellent patient service skills are expected to create an exceptional first impression of OSF&acirc;&euro;&trade;s services to the patients, families, and other external patients over the phone or in person. A high degree of deductive reasoning and logic skills are necessary in order to solve issues that can arise in a complex, multi-payer situation.</div>
Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b> Education: High school diploma or GED Experience: One year in an office clerical setting or customer service environment Other skills/knowledge: Working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications and website navigation Problem solving, conflict management, time management, good oral and written communication skills Required to complete all role specific revenue cycle training and certification within 12 months</div><div></div><div><b><br>
