ITAM is responsible for the daily and long-term strategic management of software and technology-related hardware within the organization. This includes planning, monitoring, and recording software licenses and/or hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.<div> 
YOUR IMPACT: 
<ul><li>Responsible for managing enterprise hardware and software across the organization</li><li>Own the overall process for purchasing DT hardware and software</li><li>Owns enterprise software license and software maintenance renewals, including Microsoft, Adobe, IBM and others</li><li>Work with end user support and vendor management to coordinate computer lifecycle replacement and management</li><li>Manage license compliance audit activities.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy of the CMDB as it relates to hardware and software inventory</li><li>Partner with vendor management and end user support to manage PC hardware leases</li><li>Develop processes, policies, standards and measurements to help company manage its IT asset portfolio</li><li>Analyze KPI/metric information and standardized reporting as it relates to DT asset inventory</li><li>Ensure quality control throughout the lifecycle of all company IT assets</li><li>Partner with vendor management to assist with optimizing technology spend</li><li>Research industry best practices for DT asset management and incorporating them with organizational practices</li><li>Applying continuous improvement approach in enhancing the strategies employed in hardware and software asset spend</li><li>Reducing waste and making the most of existing IT hardware and software asset resources</li><li>Manage incident and request tasks for DT asset management in Service Now</li><li>Provide knowledge sharing, as recognized SME, in efforts such as writing complex knowledge articles, relationship development with other Digital Technology (DT) staff, mentoring, and job shadowing.</li></ul></div> 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital or IT Asset Management (hardware and software)</li><li>
Relevant industry related certifications.</li><li>
Information Technology experience within the manufacturing industry.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.</li><li>
Contract negotiation</li><li>
Strong time-management and prioritization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.</li><li>
Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, ServiceNow and Apptio</li><li>

Pay Range:
$82,000.00 - $132,800.00<div><div><div><div><div><div><div>

Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions. IT Asset Management Senior Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate Supply Chain Engineer will support the supply chain organization and the supply base with the planning and execution of processes designed to improve overall supplier performance (quality, delivery, and cost). This role will interface with individual buyers and category managers, departments, and/or segments.
This role will be based out of the Oshkosh AeroTech office in Pune, India.
YOUR IMPACT:

Support and maintain standard work procedures as it relates to supply base performance.</li><li>
Complete Level 1-4 PPAP review and disposition, including follow-up activities of Rejected / Interim Approved PPAPs.</li><li>
Validate supplier capabilities, capacity and quality systems.</li><li>
Address short term performance issues through 8D/SCAR and rapid continuous improvement.</li><li>
Assist with the identification of standard work and process needs by collaborating with stakeholders.</li><li>
Apply tools from lean principle methodology to drive continuous improvement efforts related to supply chain performance.</li><li>
Coach, mentor, and train suppliers in continuous improvement.</li><li>
Lead/participate in launch readiness programs.</li><li>
Monitor supplier quality and delivery performance.</li></ul>
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree within in Engineering or Engineering Technology.</li><li>
Travel typically up to 50%.</li><li>
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the English language</li></ul>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul><li>Relevant industry related certifications.</li><li>
CWI Certification.</li><li>
Experience within welding, fabrication, casting, and machining industry.</li><li>
