Job Description 
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Commis to join our dynamic culinary team at Our Habitas Ras Abrouq, Qatar. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and presentation of traditional and modern dishes while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assist in preparing and cooking an array of dishes under the supervision of senior chefs, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.</li><li>
Ensure proper measurement, preparation, and storage of ingredients, reporting any spoilage or shortages.</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.</li><li>
Support daily kitchen operations, including mise en place and assisting with receiving and storing supplies.</li><li>
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards as per HACCP guidelines.</li><li>
Work cooperatively with other team members and support other sections when needed.</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li> 
Previous job experience, preferably in a hotel or high-volume restaurant.</li><li>
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and team spirit.</li><li>
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>

Job Description 
A Chef de Partie (CDP) is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality dishes, across an array of cuisines, while ensuring consistency, presentation, and strict adherence to hygiene standards. This role involves managing daily production, maintaining cleanliness, operating equipment, potentially supervising junior staff, and contributing to menu development under the guidance of a Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Prepare and cook a range of fresh products and dishes.</li><li>
Quality Control:
Ensure that all dishes meet high-quality standards in taste, texture, appearance, and presentation.</li><li>
Hygiene &amp; Safety:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in Our Habitas, Ras Abrouq, Qatar. As the face of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and managing various front desk operations.<ul><li>

As Chief Engineer, you will lead the Engineering &amp; Maintenance operations of the property, ensuring all systems run efficiently and safely. You will oversee preventive maintenance programs, ensure compliance with local regulations, and maintain high sustainability standards in line with Our Habitas&rsquo; ethos.
This leadership role demands technical expertise, strategic planning, and a hands-on approach to deliver exceptional guest experiences while preserving our natural surroundings.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Manage day-to-day operations of the Engineering department, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance.</li><li>
Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted operations and guest comfort.</li><li>
Supervise and mentor the engineering team, promoting a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.</li><li>
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and local authorities for inspections, certifications, and special projects.</li><li>
Ensure all engineering practices comply with health &amp; safety standards, fire and life safety codes, and environmental guidelines.</li><li>
Collaborate with other department heads to support operational needs and special events.</li><li>
