This role is 100% fully remote. 
 
Why we are looking for you 
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is best suited for people who are passionate about helping small businesses grow, have a track record of sales excellence and are committed to building trusting relationships with restaurant owners. 
Note: We serve a significant Spanish-speaking customer base, so Spanish proficiency therefore both verbal and written is a requirement for this role. 
The impact you will have:<ul><li>
Become an expert in our product and the industry so that you can advise restaurant owners in a high-trust manner.</li></ul><ul><li>
Collaborate with restaurant owners to align their goals and objectives with our product capabilities.</li><li>
Sell on value and return on investment (ROI) vs. technical functionality</li><li>
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline alongside the XDR team.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with our onboarding team to deliver a seamless launch of product to our clients.</li><li>
Educate yourself daily by reading, listening to podcasts, and learning from your teammates and peers.</li><li>
Go above and beyond delivering and exceeding your quota to help your teammates and the company succeed.</li></ul>
What we&rsquo;re looking for:<ul><li>
1-2 years of experience in software sales, preferably high-volume SMB SaaS sales - with closing experience</li><li>
Consultative, customer-first sales approach</li><li>
History of personal and professional excellence</li><li>
Lifelong learner mindset and commitment to professional growth and development</li><li>
You thrive while working in a fast-paced environment where change is common.</li><li>
You have strong sales acumen, effective time management and organization skills.</li><li>

Pay and benefits:<ul><li>
The salary for this role is USD $130,000k on-Target Earnings based off a ($65,000 base + $65,000 commission with uncapped commission), plus a generous equity pre-IPO equity package.</li><li>

 As Owner scales, every team across the company needs video that performs at the same level as our external content. Sales needs demo walkthroughs and case studies that close deals. Product needs launch videos that land with customers and internal stakeholders. Recruiting needs culture content that wins candidates against the biggest tech companies. Leadership needs sharp all-hands recaps and investor-ready presentations.
 
 
 
 
 
 The Internal Video Editor is one of our early hires that will help own this function as we build a dedicated Media team. You'll own end-to-end editing for internal video projects across the company. The formats are varied: sales enablement videos, product launch announcements, customer case studies, recruiting sizzle reels, training content, and executive presentations. We can walk into real restaurants, film real stories, and show real numbers. Very few brands have such a variety of creative assets and environments and you&rsquo;ll get to treat that as your canvas and playground.
 
 
 
 
 
 We want editors with strong opinions about their craft. People who nerd out about sound design, pacing, and how to make a product demo feel as compelling as a documentary. You'll get real creative ownership here, not template-based assembly work.
 
 
 The feedback loop is fast: you edit, it ships, you hear from the teams using it, you learn what worked, and you iterate.

 The impact you&rsquo;ll have

 Produce multiple long-form internal video projects per month, with varying timelines and levels of complexity based on scope. You'll own end-to-end editing from raw footage to final publish-ready asset, including color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and B-roll integration.

 Optimize for clarity, engagement, and storytelling. Every cut, transition, and visual beat should be intentional. You'll study what keeps internal audiences watching and apply those insights to every video.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain editing SOPs and templates. Create repeatable processes so the team can scale and new members can ramp quickly.
 </li>
 <li>
 QC vendor and contractor edits. Review first-cut edits from external partners, write revision notes, and ensure every video meets brand standards before publishing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report on video performance when these are posted on socials or external platforms. Track views, watch time, completion rates, and engagement per video. Surface insights that inform future content decisions.

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For

 3+ years of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong storytelling and visual craft

 Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

 Experience editing internal, corporate, or B2B video content with a clear understanding of how to tailor tone and pacing for different audiences

 Proficiency in color correction, audio enhancement, and sound design

 Experience with motion graphics, kinetic typography, and basic animation techniques
