Why we're looking for you 
 
We're looking for a high-performing Talent Sourcer to build and own the top-of-funnel pipeline that powers our Engineering team's growth. In this role, you'll be a dedicated sourcing engine, focused on market mapping, candidate research, and creative outreach strategies to surface world-class technical talent before anyone else does.
 
 
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
 
 
The impact you'll have 
 
<ul><li>Build and maintain a rich, continuously refreshed pipeline of high-caliber engineering talent to meet both current and future hiring needs.
</li><li>Own market mapping efforts: research the competitive landscape, identify target companies and profiles, and develop a deep understanding of where top engineering talent lives.
</li><li>Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to surface and engage passive candidates, especially for highly competitive engineering roles.

</li></ul>Minimum requirements 
 
<ul><li>3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a consistent track record of building pipelines for world-class engineering talent.
</li><li>Deep sourcing expertise: fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, talent mapping, and outreach sequencing tools.
</li><li>A data-driven mindset: you track response rates, conversion rates, and channel performance and use that data to improve.
</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage large pipelines across multiple roles simultaneously without dropping the ball.

Lighthouse is Owner&rsquo;s multi-location and scale initiative &mdash; the next chapter for customers who&rsquo;ve experienced hyper-growth on the core platform and now need more advanced capabilities to keep scaling with us (not outgrowing us). Crucially, we do this on the one platform (not a separate &ldquo;enterprise product&rdquo;), so the most sophisticated features we build for multi-location brands trickle down to strengthen every single-location restaurant too &mdash; leveling the playing field by giving Davids &ldquo;Goliath powers.&rdquo;
We&rsquo;re hiring a product leader to run Lighthouse end-to-end &mdash; a PM who wants to run and build a business line (product + operating model), and who is excited to be forward-deployed with our biggest customers. You&rsquo;ll spend meaningful time in the field building relationships with sophisticated restaurant groups, and you&rsquo;ll turn that signal into a scalable product + operating model. Our ambition is to start and scale a business line that can become $100M+ ARR.

The impact you will have
<ul><li>Define and run the Lighthouse strategy and operating model: ICP, value prop, entitlements, and success metrics.
</li><li>Build a differentiated Lighthouse customer experience across pre-sale, launch, and ongoing value delivery.

 We are using best practices we&rsquo;ve learned from organic media to help level up every function at our company with Media. As Owner scales, every team across the company needs video that performs at the same level as our external content. Sales needs demo walkthroughs and case studies that close deals. Product needs launch videos that land with customers and internal stakeholders. Recruiting needs culture content that wins candidates against the biggest tech companies. Leadership needs sharp all-hands recaps and investor-ready presentations.
 
 
 The Senior Video Editor is one of our early hires that will help own this function as we build a dedicated Media team. You'll own end-to-end editing for internal video projects across the company. The formats are varied: sales enablement videos, product launch announcements, customer case studies, recruiting sizzle reels, training content, and executive presentations. We can walk into real restaurants, film real stories, and show real numbers. Very few brands have such a variety of creative assets and environments and you&rsquo;ll get to treat that as your canvas and playground.
 
 
 We want editors with strong opinions about their craft. People who nerd out about sound design, pacing, and how to make a product demo feel as compelling as a documentary. You'll get real creative ownership here, not template-based assembly work.
 
 
 The feedback loop is fast: you edit, it ships, you hear from the teams using it, you learn what worked, and you iterate.

 Produce multiple long-form internal video projects per month, with varying timelines and levels of complexity based on scope. You'll own end-to-end editing from raw footage to final publish-ready asset, including color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and B-roll integration.

 Optimize for clarity, engagement, and storytelling. Every cut, transition, and visual beat should be intentional. You'll study what keeps internal audiences watching and apply those insights to every video.
 </li>

 Build and maintain editing SOPs and templates. Create repeatable processes so the team can scale and new members can ramp quickly.
 </li>
 <li>
 QC vendor and contractor edits. Review first-cut edits from external partners, write revision notes, and ensure every video meets brand standards before publishing.

 <li>
 Report on video performance when these are posted on socials or external platforms. Track views, watch time, completion rates, and engagement per video. Surface insights that inform future content decisions.

 3+ years of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong storytelling and visual craft

 Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

 Experience editing internal, corporate, or B2B video content with a clear understanding of how to tailor tone and pacing for different audiences

 Proficiency in color correction, audio enhancement, and sound design

 Experience with motion graphics, kinetic typography, and basic animation techniques

 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
