<div>Description
The Senior Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. This role works in collaboration with other members of the health care team. This position serves in a coaching and mentoring role to staff while functioning as a working member of the department and may be assigned in a specialty care area. The Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients. Actions will reflect the organization's core values.
Integrates nursing process in carrying out effective patient care and leadership roles. Utilizes a collegial and systematic approach to nursing practice. Ensures efficiency through active participation of quality assurance, process improvement, infection control and staff development program initiatives and oversight. Adheres to state regulatory and compliance guidelines. Provides specialized care in an assigned specialty department, utilizes critical thinking skills, experience, knowledge, and demonstrated competency in patient pre-admission screenings, preadmit, intra-procedure and recovery of patients.

Required Qualifications:
<ul><li>Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or
</li><li>Associate's Degree in Nursing (AND) 4 years' experience as a registered nurse
</li><li>Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
</li><li>Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
</li><li>3 years professional nursing experience.
</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>Upon hire: Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
</li><li>Upon hire: Provider PALS - American Heart Association
</li><li>Upon hire: National Certification in area of clinical practice
</li><li>2 years ambulatory nursing experience. If specialty, experience preferred in specialty clinic.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
