Our mission is to provide forward-thinking career coaching and immersion opportunities driven by the student&rsquo;s passions and talents in a fun, structured, and high-energy environment. Passion for Life was created to be a high-energy and engaging process that helps students identify their passions and gain clarity on how to utilize their core strengths and talents to select a career.

Who you are

We&rsquo;re looking for a highly organized and creative marketing professional to own website presence&mdash;from strategy and planning through day-to-day execution and deadline management. You&rsquo;ll work closely with our dedicated team to ensure content is compelling, consistent, and aligned with our mission.

This role blends big-picture thinking with hands-on execution to grow our community, increase our presence and engagement, that helps drive donor acquisition.

Your role
<ul>
<li>Manage/own our website, marketing initiatives and day-to-day activities</li>
<li>Develop relevant content to reach and engage with organization&rsquo;s target markets</li>
<li>Design content strategy for web, email, and social media marketing, including SEO</li>
<li>Deliver strong, engaging content to multiple audiences that drives web traffic, audience engagement and brand awareness</li>
<li>Write, edit, and refine digital copy to ensure consistent message</li>
<li>Revise and optimize dated content using information gathered in SEO research</li>
<li>Analyze performance metrics and deliver timely reporting with data-driven insights</li>
<li>Recommend and implement new and innovative marketing methods</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends</li>
<li>Delegate, review and edit content production, including conceptualizing the projects upfront, assigning projects and overseeing development</li>
<li>Monitor and track discussion topics for the management team. Report trends and recommended actions</li>
<li>Prepare reports to update internal staff on usage statistics</li>
</ul>
Your skills
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Marketing, or currently pursuing</li>
<li>3-5 years experience in one or more of the following areas; Marketing management, Graphic design, digital marketing, content development, public relations</li>
<li>Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)</li>
<li>Copy writing and content management experience</li>
<li>Leading, collaborating with, and managing a team</li>
<li>Self-starter willing to take initiative and own projects</li>
<li>Demonstrates effectiveness in meetings and task forces</li>
<li>Ability to interface with all levels of the organization (both internal and external)</li>
<li>Excellent storytelling, written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Effective project management and time management skills are critical</li>
<li>High energy, self-starter, highly motivated with high-degree of flexibility</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present ideas and information clearly</li>
<li>Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills</li>
</ul>
Time Commitment: 10-15 hours a week on a flexible schedule that works with your life.
