We're currently looking for skilled and safety- focused front load &amp; side load drivers to join our team.Job Summary: This role is responsible for the safe operation of commercial collection vehicles for commercial front load trash pickup routes as well as residential side load curbside trash pickup routes. You&rsquo;ll be expected to maintain a high level of customer service while keeping safety a top priority. Hourly pay based on experience level.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate front load and/or side load garbage trucks in a safe and efficient manner</li><li>Complete assigned routes within designated time frames</li><li>Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections</li><li>Dump contents at approved disposal facilities</li><li>Communicate route or safety issues with dispatch or supervisors</li><li>Keep equipment clean and in good working condition</li><li>Provide excellent service to customers and represent Patriot Disposal Phoenix professionally</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Front Load and/or Side Load experience</li><li>Valid CDL Class B (minimum), with air brake endorsement</li><li>Clean MVR and current DOT medical card</li><li>Previous waste industry experience</li><li>Ability to work early morning shifts</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay</li><li>Medical Benefits</li><li>Weekly pay</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Steady, year-round work</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $28.00 per hourPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
