We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment process; From sourcing and screening to candidate coordination and successful onboarding. All whilst ensuring a smooth, professional and efficient recruitment process.Skills &amp; Experience Required<ul><li>Previous recruitment-based experience is essential (at least 18 months).</li><li>Knowledge of recruitment processes and UK employment practices.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and politely.</li><li>Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.</li><li>Ability to build rapport with internal teams as well as recruiters and lecturers.</li><li>Ability to work on own initiative.</li><li>Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts.</li><li>Fast and accurate typing skills.</li><li>A high level of proficiency in Microsoft packages.</li></ul>Please note: A HR or recruitment certification (e.g CIPD Level 3) is beneficial but not essential.Role Specific Requirements<ul><li>Use LinkedIn and other tools to identify suitable candidates for our roles.</li><li>Conduct initial sift through CVs, and complete right to work checks and references.</li><li>Ensure candidate tracker is consistently updated and maintained.</li><li>Draft and post job adverts across all platforms, ensuring clarity, accuracy and brand consistency.</li><li>Manage jobs@ mailbox.</li><li>Prepare rate cards for interviews.</li><li>Prepare and issue offers of employment and contracts.</li><li>Provide weekly updates on recruitment to Directors.</li><li>Input to and adhere to the company's recruitment strategy.</li><li>Assist with preparation of job descriptions.</li><li>Ownership of new starter checklists.</li><li>Input into recruitment processes and related documents, and assist with required changes.</li><li>Communicate with Senior Management and Team Leads to confirm recruitment requirements.</li><li>Being proactive with building relationships with recruiters and universities/colleges as well as developing partnerships.</li><li>Organise and attend careers fairs as well as organising appropriate documentation.</li><li>Assist with university reviews with apprentices and ensure they are fully supported within their role.</li><li>Assist with the Graduate and Apprentice Training Programmes and bi-annial Graduate and Apprentice training days.</li><li>Organise new starter equipment and conduct inductions for Southern and Welborne offices, and support Central and Eastern when required.</li><li>Adhere to the marketing roadmap as well as recruitment marketing strategy, and suggest improvements to social media campaigns.</li><li>When necessary, provide ad-hoc support to the Operations team which may fall under general administrative duties (including but not limited to answering phones, greeting visitors, sorting post)</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Company Bonus Scheme</li><li>Annual Appraisal and Salary Review</li><li>Private Healthcare</li><li>Flexible Working Practices</li><li>Home Working</li><li>Chance to develop skills and progress your career</li><li>Active social and charitable calendar</li><li>Auto enrolment onto the company Pension Scheme with an employer's contribution of 5%</li><li>24 days annual leave as well as your birthday off</li><li>Employee Assistance Programme</li><li>Disability Confident Employer</li><li>Mental Health First Aiders</li><li>Charity/Community Day</li><li>Cycle to Work Scheme</li><li>Salary Sacrifice Scheme for purchasing and selling holiday</li><li>Payment of a Professional Membership</li></ul>Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
