We're looking for an Account Engagement Specialist (AES) for the Pakistan market. This role will enable millions of SMBs and professional businesses in Pakistan to get paid globally through Payoneer's fast, flexible, secure and cost‑efficient solutions. The AES drives proactive, playbook‑led, scaled customer engagement focused on adoption, early growth and light cross‑sell. This position operates in a mass‑engagement model supported by Ops, with additional outreach triggered by customer signals or inbound needs. This role reports to the Director of Customer Success for South Asia.

What you'll do
<ul>
<li>Manage and grow existing client relationships in the B2B and ecommerce segments, helping build long‑term engagement with high‑value users.</li>
<li>Strengthen existing relationships and create new ones through proactive, playbook‑driven engagement to maximize acquisition, retention and cross‑sell opportunities.</li>
<li>Partner closely with Customer Success Managers by identifying and nurturing high‑potential customers that can transition into the CSM portfolio.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer activity information within the CRM platform.</li>
<li>Participate in events and BTL activities, representing Payoneer in industry forums to drive awareness and industry visibility.</li>
<li>Create and articulate compelling value propositions in coordination with the marketing team.</li>

Who you are
<ul>
<li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in account management, business development or a relevant customer‑facing role.</li>
<li>Fluent in Urdu and English; proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, communications or a related field.</li>
<li>Ability to understand the big picture, connect key business drivers and identify growth opportunities.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for scaled outreach.</li>

 In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs.  This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
