Overview:

Registered Dental Assistants perform a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties. The primary role of the Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) is to assist the dentist in gaining the patient&rsquo;s commitment to the best possible treatment, with urgency. Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED), and specified training courses as mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration</li><li>
Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state (e.g. coronal polish, radiograph exposure, ultrasonic scaling for orthodontic procedures, pit and fissure sealant application, etc)</li><li>

The Analyst, ROC Business Analytics is a professional with a technology bias and Epic Systems expertise that demonstrates strong quantitative skills, business acumen, and communication. The Analyst plays a pivotal role in transforming the business to scale for the future by making data accessible and actionable. They recognize collections trends as well as analyze the organization&rsquo;s financial health. They anticipate both current and future needs in the design for various types of information and key performance indicators. This role understands the underlying data definitions, sources, calculations and structures. Most important, this role builds the structure for reporting that enables research, root causing, action planning, and story-telling in an influential manner. Additional activities include making and recommending informed, strategic decisions as well as providing analytic support to help drive initiatives and projects to maximize realizable revenue.</div><div><br>
