 Experienced HVAC Technicians
 
 to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry.
 
 This is a regional position. Candidates should reside in the Boston, Massachusetts area.
 
 
 
 
 Core Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintaining cooling systems &ndash; diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.
 
 
 
 
 Core Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Physical/Work Environment
 
 
 
 At Pearce safety is our number one concern. Candidates must be able to comply with OSHAFCC/FAA/EPA Standards.

 Candidates should reside in the Boston, Massachusetts area.

 Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion.

 Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure.
 </li>

 Occasional overnights required-company pays all travel costs and provides per diem.
 </li>
 <li>
 Driving to remote work sites as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds).
 </li>
 <li>
 Will be required to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.

 Compensation: $30.00-$38.00 hourly/DOE
