At Pearce, we are building the service platform that keeps the energy transition running. This is not a passive account management role. This is a high-output, quota-carrying sales role focused on winning, expanding, and retaining key accounts in energy storage.

You will drive revenue growth across one of the fastest-growing segments in energy infrastructure by building pipeline, closing complex service opportunities, and helping customers improve uptime and operational performance across utility-scale energy storage assets.

This role is built for a hunter. Someone who thrives on prospecting, managing multiple deals, creating momentum, and directly influencing business growth.

What You Will Do</h2>
<ul>
<li>Aggressively prospect and build pipeline across target energy storage accounts
</li>
<li>Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close and account expansion
</li>
<li>Build, manage, and convert opportunities including MSAs, RFPs, service contracts, and spot work
</li>
<li>Partner closely with operations and leadership to develop solutions, pricing, and proposals
</li>
<li>Drive disciplined follow-up, pipeline management, and forecasting in Salesforce
</li>
<li>Expand existing customer relationships through cross-sell and upsell opportunities
</li>
<li>Develop new logos while growing relationships within Pearce's existing customer network
</li>
<li>Represent Pearce at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
</li>
<li>Operate with urgency, accountability, and strong commercial discipline
</li>
<li>Consistently deliver against revenue growth, pipeline generation, and deal velocity targets
</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Who You Are</h2>
<ul>
<li>3&ndash;5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in energy storage, solar, renewables, or adjacent energy markets
</li>
<li>Proven track record of building pipeline and closing new business opportunities
</li>
<li>Experience with outbound sales motions including prospecting, account mapping, and multi-threading
</li>
<li>Strong commercial acumen including pricing, margin awareness, and contract structures such as MSAs, NDAs, and RFPs
</li>
<li>Working understanding of utility-scale solar and/or energy storage operations and service environments
</li>
<li>Highly organized with disciplined CRM management skills, preferably Salesforce
</li>
<li>Relentless with follow-through and customer responsiveness
</li>
<li>Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving solutions and high expectations

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position. Candidates should reside in South Bend, IN

Core Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Maintaining cooling systems &ndash; diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.</li>
<li>Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.</li>
<li>Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.</li>
<li>Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.</li>
<li>Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.</li>
<li>Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.</li>

Responsibilities:

<li>Service, maintain, and repair generators, and HVAC systems at telecom and cell tower sites.</li>
<li>Maintain commercial package cooling systems supporting telecom equipment shelters.</li>
<li>Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, load-bank testing, and performance checks.</li>
<li>Perform basic generator repairs, oil changes, lubrication, and fuel system maintenance.</li>
<li>Respond to 24/7 emergency callouts and complete accurate service reports.</li>
</ul>
Core Experience:
<ul>
<li>1+ year generator and/or HVAC service experience (technical school accepted) preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Preferred experience with ATS, electrical troubleshooting, and critical power systems.</li>
<li>EPA Universal or Type II Certification preferred: EGSA a plus.</li>
<li>Knowledge of FCC, FAA, EPA, OSHA standards.</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver's license for at least a year with an acceptable driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.</li>
